I reached out to Eddy with Mathieu Accounting because of the great reviews, 2 days before Christmas, and he responded immediately while he was on vacation! He had me e-mail him my taxes to review them and knew instantly what the issue was with them. He gave me advice on how to resolve my issue with my taxes over the last couple of years and spent a good amount of time patiently explaining everything. I am so incredibly thankful as I have been overly stressed for some time now trying to get help from other companies to figure this out and no one wanted to be bothered. Eddy knows what he is talking about, clearly went above and beyond figuring this out for me while on vacation, and will be my go-to for my family and me moving forward!

I was immediately impressed with how accessible he was when I needed to contact him with questions, comments or concerns, and he is just as easy to reach now as he was when I first met him in 2012. On the few occasions where I've had to leave a message, he has always returned my calls promptly. During tax season, when he is at his busiest, I never feel rushed when talking with him in person or on the phone. He listens without interrupting and reiterates what is discussed so he clearly understands a clients needs and/or concerns. It can be a daunting task when trying to find a professional to handle something as important & personal as one's finances so it is incredibly comforting knowing that I truly have an accountant that I trust, and whom is genuinely friendly, professional, knowledgeable and most importantly, doesn't overcharged for services provided. (Honestly, when compared to my previous accountant, I was quite shocked at how reasonable Mr. Ramirez's fees were, which has saved me a lot of money over the last 7 years). Lastly, if this is your first time looking for the services of an accountant or you're looking for a change; do yourself a favor, contact Mr. Ramirez, you'll be impressed at what an impeccable job he does and you'll have an accountant for life.

With so many businesses now days treating customers with indifference, it was so refreshing to find someone like Kathy that cares about customers. In addition, 5 years ago there was another agent, whose name I do not remember, that helped me when my new car dealer delayed getting my VIN into the state data base.
