I would never recommend this location to anyone. At first, I was attracted by the name and the distance from my house. When I arrived at the office, I was greeted with big, beautiful smiles and very warm and welcoming energy from Joselyn, Harrilise, and Adrian. They were all super friendly and nice. I sat down with Harrilise. OMG, she was such a joy to talk to. She walked me through the application process with ease, and fully explained all my options, making sure I had all the information necessary to make an informed decision. The best part of my experience was simply the vibes. It feels very much like a team of real people that I was able to speak to freely, almost like old friends while still making sure to keep that professionalism that reassured me I was in the right place. Do one online search for the type of insurance they offer and you will know right away that they will scam you out of money. I recently was diagnosed with diabetes and I already have insurance but my insurance was not covering my RX's. So after doing an online form these people called me back. Sold me awful insurance for 170 bucks a month and also slipped in a accidental death policy that I did not need. I was told one thing and got another. When I called them back I was offered three choices on there automated phone answering service 1(member services)2(sales department)(3 parties extension) well 1 and 3 all it did was ring for 30 seconds and then said all of our people are busy leave a message and you will get a call back. Already knowing they were scammers, I knew they would answer the sales line, so I called back and hit 2, and guess what, someone answered. A hot shot guy whose attitude was as if I was stupid and got myself into this mess. He would not let me talk and basically explained to me how screwed up the USA health care system is by thinking I am stupid and don't know the facts. I ended up getting hung up on, that's right, hung up on, and given a number to cancel the health insurance, which went really well and I should be getting my money back soon. So please use ehealth insurance they were great, and if your like me with a preexisting condition go through government agencies until new laws go into effect on Jan 01, 2014 when we will finally be able to get coverage regardless if we are sick our not. P.S. To the guy who hung up on me, I am devoting my day today to make sure that every review site you exist on as well as the BBB knows what you are doing. I am also going to file an official complaint with any and all government agencies notifying them of your bad business practices. I know you told me on the phone "I have plenty of business and I certainly don't need yours" . My response to that is if I can stop one person from getting ripped off by you guys it will help me sleep at night because its businesses like yours that put Americans hostage to the already unfair and cruel Health Care system of America. Have a great day!

In September 2025, I received a disturbing letter from my insurance State Farm the Underwriting…read moreTeam that they were giving me 1 month to look for another Insurance Carrier as they were planning to drop us permanently on our auto Insurance that we had with them for many years. They explained that unfortunately my wife was involved in a terrible auto accident that almost killed her. Entering January 2025, we were heading home, and Vehicle # 2 ran through a red light at a speed of 90 miles per hour in a 45-mile zone, that destroyed my mini coop convertible. The car was destroyed, and air bags deployed were almost set off fire due to the impact. Prior to that in the year 2024, the month of February, a box truck went into my wifes lane and destroyed her left driver side on the mini coop she was driving. All 3 accidents were clearly not my wifes fault and State Farm who we had insurance with on all three accidents having my mini coop convertible, decided to drop us and said we were involved in too many accidents. Clearly it was not my wifes fault with these careless drivers that should not be driving on the road. It was soo disappointing trying to resolve this issue when State Farm knew and had Police reports, pictures, videos, cameras and I am certain they had their Investigation Team that it was not my wifes fault but still decided to drop us due to accidents that my wife did not cause. I also reached out to State Farm to explain to them that they had wrong information about her husband and tried to clear my wifes name on State Farm Policy. Atlantic Insurance Group is our Auto Insurance that opened there doors for my wife & I...Appreciate it...I highly recommend Emmanuel J. Acosta!!!! They had me as the husband involved in all three accidents in which that information, they had on the computer system was incorrect. By having this information wrong at their end, it did not allow me to shop around and go with Progressive or Gieco or Allstate due to State Farm not fixing this information on their computer system. In this letter that I received in the mail I had 60 days to resolve this issue and State Farm made it very difficult to clear up my wifes name and get rid of the wrong information they had about me. In trying to resolve this devasting issue because I needed insurance to go to work and try to survive in this rough economy, while struggling to find an affordable coverage for my Honda accord which was my auto vehicle because my wifes mini coop was destroyed due to the January 2025 accident, I spoke to a young man named Emmanuel J Acosta - 220 Agent / CSR representative where his office is located at 1750 N. University Drive, Suite 227 , Coral Springs, Florida. I explained the scenario I was facing with State Farm. He not only beat the quotes I received from other companies but also took the time to walk me through every detail of my policy. He was extremely patient and helped me understand the different coverage options, something my previous agent never did. The process was stress-free, and he treated me like a priority, not just a policy number. I highly recommend Emmanuel J. Acosta and this Agency for their outstanding service. What a difference a good independent agent makes! I have finally auto Insurance!!! It has been an excellent experience, and I'm very grateful for his expertise. He ensured I received top-notch coverage. Emmanuel made it his mission to get me the coverage I needed to be able to go to work. Again, none of the accidents mentioned above was my wifes fault and I am very, very, very disappointed on the way after 20 years of being with State Farm how they decided to drop my wife and I like a heartbeat. This was not a fair game. Thank you, Emmanuel, for all the extras that you did to make this happen at your end. All the paperwork was handled; he made the switch completely painless. Hes the best in understanding your needs. Tony E & Maria E
