Unfortunately, my experience on July 1, 2026, was extremely disappointing. The level of professionalism I encountered was not what I've come to expect from a well-known brand. The tone of communication, along with dismissive and inappropriate remarks, was unacceptable. Customer service should be centered on listening, understanding concerns, and working toward solutions--not making assumptions or responding unprofessionally. Because of this experience, I have decided to take my business elsewhere to a company that values its customers and provides respectful, solution-oriented service.

I went out to see what the differences would be by going with a national insurance company. I met with Diana Mowatt. We compared my policy apples to apples with Allstate and it was remarkable the amount of money that I was able to save. For the 2 cars that we have we will save $40 a month with better coverage.( A lot better) I was also able to get my homeowners insurance with Diana's help and am saving over $1200 a year. To my dismay I have not gotten a single call from State Farm. After being a loyal customer for over 25 years you would think that at least they would contact me to find out what the problem or problems were. My hats off to Diana and the team at Allstate.
