Again, no phone call no one reached out to me to tell me that it was not in I had to call in to find out that it was not there. So I called Wednesday and the man on the phone assured me that I will be the first one he will call once my information came in, he called me later on that evening. My advice is that if you are not in a rush for your stuff you can go customer service was okay but the lack of information and communication is why I'm rating it what it is now.
