My request was promptly answered, requesting both my name and flight number, and assuring me that my flight would be monitored and I would be picked up curbside upon arrival. When I landed, my phone pinged at 9:45pm that i would not be picked up due to "mechanical problems" and that i would have no problem getting a cab at the airport. There were no cabs. There were a total of 3 to service the entire airport. It took me over 2 hours to finally locate an Uber that was willing to take me to my destination. After traveling all day on an international flight, Allied could not have put me in a worse position. When i let them know what was happening, there was no response at all. Where to start? My…read moregrandmother called to get a wheelchair accessible van to visit for the holidays. Cab 207 was an hour late, but they did not mind, as it was the holidays. My grandmother had previous called and asked for the price of the one way trip and was told $18. When she arrived, Amanda(cab 207) told her it was $28 and that it was cash or cash app, as she is an independent contractor and that the fee would go to the company if a card was used. So my family paid cash + tip, cause it was the holiday and we were just happy to have her home. Mind you, we helped load and unload each trip. Pick up time was 4pm, but cab 207 did not arrive until almost 5pm. We helped load her into the van and I offered to pay the price of the trip with my card, as I was unaware of the "independent contractor" and not paying "the man" mentality of the cab driver. She then gave me the whole layout of why she didn't want my card. I told her that I was unaware that the service was a private service and that I had to pay her directly. She took my card and put it into her cash-app. I have never used cash app, so i did not know just how awful that was. My card wouldn't let her and she then came up with "i can't pay card until after drop off", so I followed the van to the nursing home. Mind you, the whole time she was trying to haggle me and decline my card, she kept the meter running. Once i arrived to the nursing home, she preceded to haggle me again about cash only and told me she would pay me back the atm that I would occur. Already annoyed and upset that I drove the whole way to pay card, I walked away and drove to the gas station. She followed me and the cab fair was $24. Minus my atm fee, I gave her $20. She then told me I owed her $30 and pulled out two separate receipts for a single trip. I explained that I looked at the fair before leaving to the gas station and I wasn't paying her to follow me to the station. She said "why you making this difficult" and "you know what?!". She then drove back to the nursing home and hassled my grandmother, who is in early stage dementia, and tried to get her to give her cash. The nurses stopped my grandmother from giving her a wad of cash and the cab driver told them that she wasn't paid. I have the atm withdrawal and was on camera giving the driver her cash. Luckily, my aunt was in the nursing home and confronted the driver, Amanda, about the incident. I can not believe my grandmother was harassed over such a trivial amount of money that was not only declined by the driver via credit card, but was also provided to the driver via cash. Please be careful when utilizing this company and I have made an official compliant with the company. If my credit card is hacked due to her putting my information into her cash app, I will seek legal action.

We did not pre-arrange this ride on the day prior, but gave plenty of time for a driver to pick us up. We waited for quite some time....long enough and then some. I finally called again and it stated that a driver had not been found yet....called our "ATTEMPTED" ride. Second try on December 8, 2021... I called the company at 9:30 am to schedule a pick up for 3:00 pm to take me to a medical appointment. Done! At 3:10 pm I called and was told my cab was still 35 minutes away (my infusion was to be at 3:30). I canceled my ride and found other transport that got me there a few minutes late (because of Z-Trip's oversight) but still was able to get my infusion. I will never attempt to us this company again! They are completely unreliable and very unprofessional. I knew somebody that worked for them when Z-Trip was yellow cab. Don't all their drivers do this? By "excessive" I mean "as long as three hours." I have waited this long for a wheelchair van to drive me from medical appointments to which I could walk if I weren't a paraplegic. Today I asked for a sedan, since I can get in and out of one. I just can't move my wheelchair into the car. It's lighter than the average traveler's suitcase, but they would not commit to a driver because "they have back problems." I ended up canceling my appointment again because I just will not sit in an office for hours waiting for a taxi to take me 1.5 miles home. I have "back problems." I've had ten operations on my back. Even I could lift my wheelchair and throw it in the trunk of the car IF I could still stand on my legs. I asked what they do when someone goes to the airport with suitcases, and was actually told that customers just load and unload their things themselves. I have lived all over this country and in Europe. I have never heard of a taxi company that does not load and unload suitcases (or manual wheelchairs). This might not be a big deal to you, but to someone like me, it's HUGE. It should be a big deal if you're taking luggage to the airport, too.

When my party arrived at the airport we had to wait for over an hour before a shuttle picked us up to take us to the cruise terminal. Once we were on the shuttle, the driver was horrible. He smelled as if he hadn't showered in a week, and he almost rear ended the car in front of us a few times. On the way back, the ride was much smoother, but they forgot the wheelchair that I rented (due to a broken ankle) for my trip in the middle of the cruise terminal's parking lot. This wasn't discovered until we arrived at the airport. Luckily we had enough time to wait for 45 minutes while someone brought the wheelchair to me (the lady was even pulled over trying to get it to me quickly).
