Whoa, such very fast shipping. I'm a little dizzy from it. Blazin' fast…read more Another nice online guitar effects pedal shop? They're located in Utah? Yes, that's right. Utah. Not the first place you'd think of when you think of "rockin' out", but that's where they are. Arthur "Killer" Kane became a Mormon and he still rocked out. So, you never know? I was going to comment that I think some of the photos on their website need to be of higher resolution, but it looks like they've solved that problem. If there's one thing I can say about web stores of this ilk, it's that they keep trying to improve the usability of their websites. I applaud that. It's a competitive market. Still, I think their site needs a bit more work. It's a bit boring/clunky. Their selection seems to be a little more mainstream and not so much boutiquey/small builder oriented as some of their competitors. They do carry some pedals from more established boutique companies. Overall, it's a nice mix of large manufacturers and smaller builders. All that glitters is gold? Is this your stairway to effects pedal heaven? (Been sittin' on this review for too long. May as well post it now as I don't think I've anything more to add.) P.S. Please correct the misspelling of the word "tremolo". It's been buggin' me. Thank you.

My SIXTEEN YEAR OLD sister went into your store to buy a capo for a friend. She stood there…read morelooking at the capos for about 15 minutes. While she was looking and waiting for help she heard a gentleman working there yelling and talking about exchanging marajuana for a ride. After he figured out his drug deal exchange infront of my sister and whomever else had the pleasure of hearing it, he walked over to my sister. She told him she wasn't interested in spending too much money on a capo, because she's 16 years old and can't afford much, not that that would be any of his business before he made it his, he told her she mind as well buy him a pencil and a rubber band than spend less than 30 on the capo. She said, "well this one says 19.99?" He told her the price was incorrect and it was actually 29.99. She said, "then they are they all right on the peg that says 19.99?" He said, "it's wrong. That's not the price, like I said, instead of spending 30 bucks just buy a pencil and a rubber band." I called and told him that his not only his customer service skills were lacking, but the fact that he used vulgar words and language right infront of all customers, including my underage sister, plus talked about exchanging drugs for a ride was unacceptable. I just though more people should know that they need to steer their kids away from hear unless they want them exposed to disrespect and profanity. Not happy and my big musical family will NEVER use this business again for strings, picks, CAPOS, or any music necessity. I'm very disappointed. UPDATE:the man was the owner!!! I'm Blown away that a small business owner in our community has the audacity to run his business this way.
