Amazing drivers and always on schedule to and from the St Louis Airport! Well worth the comfort and convenience when traveling.

I'm torn!!! My driver going to STL was great especially for a 3:20am drive. He was so nice and very professiona. However soon returning tonight, my flight was delayed due to storms in LAX we arrived late, I had 15 mins to get my bag, the driver told me at 8:18pm he was leaving, I waved him off unhappy cause the bags were starting to fall on the belt. Thankfully my bag was first to drop, I ran as fast as I could and was able to get on the shuttle. When he dropped me off he gave me my bag I said thank you so much, apparently he was still angry at me cause he waved at me like I did to him at the airport 3 times (mind you I only did it once) this was very unprofessional of him, he wasn't understanding at all of the situation threw a water bottle at me when he offered it instead of walking to meet me with it. read more

As a retired teacher, I would give a grade of A+ for MO-X. Safe, friendly, and responsible driving to and from St. Louis is wonderful. Although traffic was backed up, the driver, from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. on July 21, handled it safe and responsibly all the way back to Columbia. Thank you so much! read more

After 24 hours of travel toward home, I noticed a man being rude to a student telling him to just "sign by the X" on the clipboard. Lo and behold, it was the Mo X driver. I was traveling with 2 others and I made the mistake of asking if we all needed to sign by the 'X' and he rudely told me to 'just sign by the X!' After getting in his bus, this guy was on his radio with dispatch and looking at his paperwork while driving. At 11pm at night. Oh and speaking of driving, we passed EVERYONE once we got onto the interstate. I could not see the speedometer, but I would estimate our speed was at least 80-85mph. Traffic on our right looked like they were sitting on jack stands we were going so fast. When his dispatcher would radio him (we could all hear the convo), he got visibly pissed off and smacked the dash with his fist; while speeding and passing traffic on a multi lane highway. This guy is an absolute menace on the highway and I was thinking of all the ways I was going to hurt him if he crashed and hurt my loved ones. We had 2 trans-Atlantic flights, drove around Europe in a rental car, took multiple trains, cabs and gondolas and this a - hole was far and away the WORST transportation I experienced on this trip. I have traveled to/from St. Luis airport numerous times and have always found the company to be extremely reliable and courteous as well as reasonably priced. Recently we were picked up at the airport at 11:40 pm, we were the only passengers and they were on time. A great way to travel to/from the airport. read more

I have used this company for over 10 years and I would like to say this is the end of giving these crabs my money. I usually take Southwest Airlines when arriving and I recieve a text once they're here. So using a different airline (rare occassion) I am waiting at the usual pickup spot, with my pick up window passing. I call the office and this fool says " they're already gone" and basically blames me and gets an attitude. Since when does this type of customer serivce get a pass??? When did business stop communicating with their patrons that either 1. their driver is here and about to leave 2. or sending a text message re-iterating where they should meet them??? You greedy mfers will never get a dime out of me with such trash service. You are going to respect our dollars and stop hiding behind the whole "support small business" narrative. The worst service I've ever experienced and whomever is answer the phones in the office claiming to be the manager needs to be rerouted to a different industry cause word of mouth goes a long way and I will be making sure of that. Jefferson City, Columbia and Ashland buyer's beware! Undersized buses for known group size. Their offer was for me to sit at airport for 5 hours while two shuttles come and go in hopes last shuttle would have room. And of course no refund! They got me on this one but never again! read more

I used this shuttle service for my daughter's school commute and had two good experiences, but on the third trip, there was a miscommunication about the pick-up location. When the driver finally located her, my daughter said he yelled at her. When I called to discuss the issue, Wes claimed the driver was "intense." When I expressed concern, Wes became dismissive, interrupted me, accused me of yelling, and called me pushy for defending my daughter. Very unprofessional handling of the situation. read more

My schedule shuttle was canceled without any prior communication. I only found out when I called to inquire. Then had to wait 2 hours for next one. I was impressed with their helping in setting up my shuttle. Trust us a very difficult task going to earn. Most likely will not be a return customer. read more

I love MO-X!! I use them everyone I come to Columbia from St. Louis and they are fast and very helpful.

Mo-x is affordable and reliable I've used them six times and they have always been excellent. There is a negative bias to these reviews on here that's not reflective of their service. Yes sometimes things go wrong. But 9/10 times it's been the flight's fault for delays. These drivers have other passengers. If your flight is delayed then you have to get the next shuttle. It's slightly inconvenient but honestly this service is amazing for not charging extra to be added to the next shuttle. Highly recommend reasonable people running this. read more

Absolutely terrible and unreliable. Due to weather delays I missed my shuttle. Despite calling them several times regarding the delay they refused to book me on later shuttle despite having room which they booked with other people later. Apparently if you are dekayed for no fault of yours they don't give a damn as I was stranded on the airport for the night. The dispatcher was absolutely rude. . read more

Just experienced really good customer service from these folks. My sons soccer team used them as a charter and he left his glasses on the bus. The bus went on to other destinations but they had the driver keep track of them and got them back to us. They even remembered me from visit to visit. I can say I've also ridden with them in the past and it was a good experience. read more

I made this reservation well in advance. I received a confirmation the night before. Then, when i got off the plane, i was greeted with a text that my shuttle will be delayed an hour. Then when i called to inquire, i was told, "he is going to try to pick u up early." Im looking at the driver now and asked him if we were leaving early, he said, nope. We waited until 10 after for some guy who then got dropped off somewhere not even in Columbia. Perhaps a friend? Good to be friends with MoX, terrible to be a customer. I think they lied about the delay as well. The phone guy said technical difficulties and when i asked the driver, he said sarcastically, "yeah, well, we had difficulties..." Garbage customer service. Vague pick up spots. If yer gonna miss yer bus they won't even take 3 seconds to text you. Even if you are standing 20 feet away and happen to not notice the van. Then when you call the office, they don't care. Couldn't care less. Low budget, low class company. Take any other method of transportation that you possibly can. I miss Ez Go Bus. read more

They really won me over today when they went above and beyond to help me get him on a last-minute flight home when campus closed suddenly. Same thing happened as two years ago. The driver said the stop had been changed. I had to sprint to catch the shuttle in 90 degree heat. The web site did not say anything about a change of stop. HIGHLY UNRELIABLE. I have used Mo-X for many trips without any issues for years but the past two trips I've had were completely terrible all because of their own agenda. They made me switch to a TWO-THIRTY AM shuttle instead of the 5AM I paid for -- for a flight that departed at 9AM. THEN, When I experienced a delay in my flight, I called to simply get on the next shuttle that they advertise on their schedule listed on the website, only to be told they cancelled that trip. Now I'm stuck in St. Louis... that could have been easily fixed if they ran the shuttle that was advertised...all thanks to their sucky service. read more

I have to start by saying that I have used MoX several times in the past for their door-to-door airport shuttle service, and the service has been fine. However my most recent experience with them changes my opinion completely. I contacted MoX just over six months ago to schedule transportation services for my wedding reception. I was told they would be happy to do it, but I was trying to schedule too far in advance (8 months) because they only schedule as far as six months in advance. So two months later (6 months from the exact date) I called to get on the books. All I needed was for someone to take my guests from my wedding venue to the hotel. Unfortunately, I was informed that they would not be able to go all the way to the venue, and would only stop at the entrance to the venue, which was about a half a mile down a gravel, winding, wooded road. After several weeks of back and forth between the venue and MoX, Mike from MoX informed me that he would go to the venue to be sure there would be no issues. It is now FOUR MONTHS LATER, and 68 DAYS FROM THE EVENT and we have been told that MoX will not be able to drive a 15 passenger van down a gravel road. This issue has literally been ongoing for SIX MONTHS from the original contact date. Unacceptable!! It is unfortunate that my fiance and I expected poor service and little contact from MoX, and luckily have worked out alternate transportation for our event. We were not requesting anything out of the ordinary, and are certainly not the first people to get married in Columbia at this venue, and want safe transportation for our guests. MoX completely dropped the ball, and if this is they way they handle business, they are losing out on mega profits. The issue here is not necessarily that they are unable to perform transportation services, but that so much time was wasted with little to no contact. A phone call is not too much to ask. read more

Mo-X USED to have exceptional service. NOW, THEY STINK. Today, the left my niece at the airport who was 1 minute away from the meeting place because she read the instructions incorrectly and was waiting at the wrong terminal. We both called and begged them to wait ONE MINUTE and they LEFT. My niece watched the shuttle pull away from the airport, from the terminal bus, a mere few feet away. I travel many times a year with Mo-X, but no more. This is especially frustrating because the last time I used Mo-X I rearranged my entire schedule and left 4 hours early on a different bus so they wouldn't have to send a shuttle to St. Louis with only one person on it. On my return trip, the driver was late picking us up at the airport. The trip before that, the driver was almost 30 minutes late to pick me up at my house. Apparently it's fine for them to be late, but God forbid you are 1 minute late for your shuttle. Mo-X used to promise worry-free travel. I completely disagree. What a waste of my money. read more

I had an excellent experience with MoX! I can't say enough good things about this service. I had not used MoX before and sent a couple of emails with questions about schedules which were prompt and courteous in response. I requested a pickup at Boonville McDonalds to KCI on January 17 and the driver was very personable and professional. My return trip was a bit of a concern because I landed at KCI to freezing rain but my driver back to Boonville handled it like a pro. I know driving this icy route was a challenge and I commend him for his ability to drive in that mess. I will have no problem using MoX in the future! read more

I often use MO-X to travel to and from the Kansas City airport as I travel for work about once a month. I've always been impressed with their commitment to timely service and with the way the drivers treat me like a princess. That's Missouri for you! Old-fashioned courtesy. For this trip, I had reserved a ride to KC for a 12:05 flight. Well, they called the day before and told me I would be the only one on that shuttle trip, and would I consider going on the earlier (leaving at 5:00am) trip so they wouldn't have an empty shuttle for the return trip? 5:00am, Ugh! I agreed, however, not only because I didn't want to inconvenience them, but because one reason I take the shuttle is to do a little bit to reduce my carbon footprint. Although I didn't expect it or request it, they also offered to refund the cost of the trip. That's courtesy. I can highly recommend their services to anyone who travels to St. Louis or KC, frequently or infrequently. Thanks MO-X! You can be sure I'll be using your services the next time I fly! read more

Last night I was stranded at STL airport by a Mo-X driver who after I checked in with him at 9:55 pm face to face and I said "I just had to wait for bag to come off the carousel" He stoically replied "i go up to bus at 10pm exactly on the brown level." I, of course, asked him to wait for me. At 10:07pm I arrived on the top of the parking to lot to find he had left without me. It was the last bus of the night. When I called the Mo-X dispatcher he was indignant about the fact my reservation had ever been taken as my flight was scheduled land at 10pm. He informed me the driver had to keep a schedule and had to pick up a customer at another terminal. And no he would NOT be instructing the driver to swing around and pick me up. And they owed an on time departure to that customer. BTW, All of the these people were headed to Columbia. Headed home back to their families after a day of air travel . I don't think one person on that bus would have cared to wait an additional 5 minutes heck even 10min if they had known another human being had just been abandoned alone, a woman, in a dark parking structure with no means to get home in the rain no less. Not one person would be affected arriving back home to COMo at 11:45pm vs 11:55pm on a Saturday night. If you are an regular Mo-X user, if you feel comfortable, please reach out to them and let them know you find this kind of decision not only irresponsible and dangerous. Sure, if I had a missed a 1pm bus and another one was coming at 3pm, I understand. I was left at night, alone, in the dark and rain and when talking to the dispatcher he berated me about the fact my reservation was too close to my arrival time to have reservation. (Which of course I did have) He was vindictive, unsympathetic, and quite possibly giddy over the fact that he had proved his point that at 10pm arrival time should never give a customer the option to book a 10pm bus reservation. (I understand that) However we booked the reservation, hopeful that I would make it since no car rentals were avail and no car rental counters still open at that time of night. And it was a Hail Mary option, but the fact remains, It was 7 minutes. Over the time which I considered leaving my bag at baggage claim til Monday for my husband to pick up or should I run back to the mo ex check in and giving him my cell # just in case, palming him 20 bucks to wait for me..... all irrelevant now because it turned out to be just 7 minutes. And ultimately the callous and heartless decision to leave me was driven by a dispatcher pissed off by the fact one of his coworkers indulged me and made a very tight reservation. One that he informed me several times HE would have NEVER taken in the first place.... I hope you will reach out to Mo-X either via email, phone, or social media and let them know this kind of mean spirited behavior toward their customers will not be tolerated. If there was a way to give a zero stars I would. I am saddened that a local business would employ and condone staff that behave with such poor integrity. Their treatment of young women is appalling. My daughter was berated and cursed out by one of their staff and the manager, Patrick, has been treated her with repeated disrespect. Worst customer service ever! Waited 2 hours exactly where they said to be at American Terminal C at KC airport. 6 mins after the scheduled pick up, we called them because they we're late, and they claimed we weren't there and left without us! They were like too bad - so sad. They said we can sleep at the airport and get a ride at noon the next day! They then blamed us! Wes, employee on phone, was highly defensive and kept skirting the issue. We caught him in several lies. MO Express has terrible customer service. My flight into St Louis was 30 minutes delayed. I ran to the pick up location and arrived (on my watch) 45 seconds after the designated pick up time and the driver wasn't there. I called the MO Express office for help and the guy who answered said there was nothing he could do to help, although he knew the driver was at the pick up site a minute before because they had just talked.. I asked if he could call the driver to tell him that I was there (the meeting site was inside baggage claim so there is no way the vehicle had left the airport while we talked), and the guy said he wouldn't do that but that I could wait 2 hours for the next shuttle. I have a meeting in Columbia that I can't miss so I had to rent a car. I asked for a refund and the guy said no. I then asked for a refund for my return trip to St Louis airport tomorrow since I have a rental car and the guy told me I had to cancel more than 24 hours in advance to get a refund. I will never use or recommend Mo-X again. read more
