They each went above and beyond any expectation I had for a Limousine Service. The Limousine and Suburban are luxurious, clean,& beautiful. Very elegant and stocked as you desire. Our chauffeur was Carl, he was constantly texting and checking with me on my location. Let me explain; I had to get to a wedding, from an airport, with a disabled daughter, and Joan and Jerry were incredible. First, accommodating for our daughter's condition, then unfortunately, she couldn't go. However, my mature parents ended up needing assistance, so, I had to change airports, change days, and times. The difference in rental hours were extreme. Yet, through constant communication, with Joan and Jerry, and with Carl, throughout all the changes, our extremely comfortable, luxurious, and professional ride was well worth the price.
