They each went above and beyond any expectation I had for a Limousine Service. The Limousine and Suburban are luxurious, clean,& beautiful. Very elegant and stocked as you desire. Our chauffeur was Carl, he was constantly texting and checking with me on my location. Let me explain; I had to get to a wedding, from an airport, with a disabled daughter, and Joan and Jerry were incredible. First, accommodating for our daughter's condition, then unfortunately, she couldn't go. However, my mature parents ended up needing assistance, so, I had to change airports, change days, and times. The difference in rental hours were extreme. Yet, through constant communication, with Joan and Jerry, and with Carl, throughout all the changes, our extremely comfortable, luxurious, and professional ride was well worth the price. I can confidently recommend JC Limousine Service: whether it's for a beautiful event like the wedding, a safe, comfortable ride to or from any location, or for a special celebration. The value is well worth knowing that you and your loved ones, family and friends, will have a wonderful experience. They will arrive safely, on time, and in complete comfort. Call JC Limousine Service and you will be find that they are extremely responsive , professional, and wonderful to work with. Carl, so professional and extremely attentive to my mature parents. I will definitely call them again.

We made a reservation for a 9 or 10-passenger limo four months before our wedding. The cost was…read more$30/hr with a three hour minimum. I was informed that I would be notified of any other reservations so they could start working on a schedule for that day. The 10-passenger already had a wedding to take everyone from their venue to the Best Western on Christie Drive from Wardsville, MO. But had the possibility of being done in time for our wedding. Our wedding should be over at 3:45pm with photos to follow then a drop off time at our reception hall at 5:00-5:15pm. With a three hour minimum we should be allotted 4:45-7:45pm. They called me over a month later to inform me that they sold the 9-passenger limo and would be getting a 12-passenger instead. Again, telling me they would let me know soon on scheduling. Three weeks later they called to confirm the schedule and to let me know they got a 14-passenger limo instead of the 12-passenger. They told me that they bumped a bachelorette party back a couple of hours to accommodate us for our drop off time at 3:45pm. I was never informed of another party until this call and they wrote down our drop off time incorrectly. The bachelorette party was booked over the last two hours of our paid time because they needed the limo for the entire evening. This was ten days before our wedding. Since they wrote down our drop off time incorrectly, I gave them our correct drop off time again and was told they would look at the schedule a second time to figure things out. They called the next day and told us their only option for us was the 10-passenger limo if we "wanted to risk it". Even though we were booked before the bachelorette party, the 14-passenger limo was no longer an option for us. The 10-passenger limo might run late and the bachelorette party would take priority on our allotted time. No apology was given from them, they found the situation humorous and we canceled because we didn't feel confident that they would be ready for our pickup. This was a scatter-brained disaster for us ten days before our wedding. We would recommend finding a different limo service to schedule an event.

After working with Becky, we would never go back to traveling without her and her staff. Becky and her staff make everything beyond perfect, every time. They always are able to get us the best deals and get us exactly what we want, even when we aren't sure what we want. Our trips are greatly enhanced by Becky and her staff every time. During COVID, we never would have been able to navigate our trips without them. Even now, when we go to new places, it is so much easier with their guidance and help. On our most recent trip, things started out not quite what we were expecting. One of Becky's agents, Darla, just happened to be at the same resort. She and Becky jumped into action immediately and took care of everything (Darla taking time out of her own vacation to help us). They helped turn what we thought was going to be a disappointing trip into one that we will remember forever (in a good way). I definitely would recommend giving Becky and Darla a try so you can see the difference for yourself. You will be happy you did. It will change the way you travel and their deals always are better than what we can get on our own.

I immediately (within 30 minutes) notified Colleen of the misspelling and was told she would take care of it. You only have 24 hours to correct something like that. She did not correct it. Not only did she NOT correct it, she ignored my follow up emails (three). The one time I managed to speak with her on the phone (I called three times as well) she told me that she had fixed it. She did not fix it. She lied about correcting the issue then continued to ignore my attempts to contact her. If the traveler with the misspelled name is not able to travel due to Colleen's negligence (names on airline tickets need to match the passport), we will be bringing a lawsuit against this company.
