I asked him if they could drop me off at him he's credit Union first but they said they had to go to Adams Street. So then we went to infuse credit Union and it said it's at Dollar a minute wait time I said okay and I paid them $7 then I had to go to Price cutter which is 1,000 ft away to get a money order and they said I need to drop you off or do you want me to wait I said you can drop me off and they said thank you and when we got there they said it is $7 for the bank and $5 for here and I looked up and said it's a thousand feet I can still see the bank and they said they don't care it got very rude and said it's $5 to stop and I said well I wish you would have said that before you drove me over here cuz I could have walked and say five dollars. They knew I'd never use them and did not know that it was $5 a stop and she should have said that instead of calling me out of five so after I got out of there I called them before I had even checked out to make sure they would be there after waiting 15 minutes and no one showed I called route 66 they came immediately and on my way home to pick up my daughter from the bus of which I could not miss gray call me back himself and said where are you I said I could not wait any longer now this is 20 min later and he got extremely rude and said well you didn't call and cancel that I'll be at five dollar no-show charge and we will collect. And then hung up. Would not use this service ever again. They had pitched to me in the car and on the phone that they are different than other cab companies and treat people right...ya down right awful. Rudest family run cab company his sister and him (grey) and their mom or it's is wife. It's no wonder that guy treated them that way. I'm not saying anyone deserves to be treated poorly but, maybe so e people reap what they sew. Lebanon small town and if they keep treating people that way they won't have a business and they recently just got back into business after closing now I know why. $5 a stop children under a year are free but if you have a child other than that it's $3 a head. Also it's $5 per stop per person even if it's not their stop and they just are riding with you to go someplace else. So that's $5 to go to the store for you and your friend and if you're going out of town they charge you $5 initially and then by the mile. Which I have no idea what that is because if they're charging a dollar a minute then I can't imagine what that might cost. You're better off spending your money on a psychic hotline or a sex hotline use route 66cabs it's 7 bucks but they don't charge wait time and are awesome drivers that tell you if they are ganna be late or how long it will be before they get there. They don't charge anything for your children either They are free. Grey should change his name from grey's taxi service to grey's taxu service. So rude..and misleading.

Cabs charge a first mile fee and has an each additional mile rate. For the distance of the ride. I felt she took advantage of us. Charged per person I have no idea why $12 for a 3 mile ride. When the military PCS families to Fort Leonard Wood, they only cover the flight to St. Louis if you're overseas (I was stationed in Hawaii). A few years ago, the military stopped paying for the connecting flight to the Waynesville Regional Airport on post, thus leaving families 2 hours away from Fort Leonard Wood. With our POV in transit for several months, this service was just what we needed. Much was easier than stressing out on whether to use Uber, multiple rental vehicles or taxis. I'm an O3 Captain with a wife and two young kids. To shuttle all 4 of us with 14 pieces of luggage (large suitcases, 38 gallon totes, tuck sack, duffle bags) and 6 carry ons (backpacks) only cost a very affordable $200 plus tax. The other shuttle service quoted me $475 for the exact same service. The owner Brian was extremely easy to work with and made scheduling a piece of cake. He went out of his way to accommodate our needs, including customizing the pickup time at the airport and stayed in communication during the entire process. The driver, also named Brian, was very friendly, drove with an abundance of safety, consistency checked in with us if we were hungry, needed food or restroom breaks, checked to see if the vehicle climate was good and didn't leave us until all of our luggage was transported and secured in our hotel room. The STL Shuttle Service was everything we needed and more, we can't thank them enough!
