Mo’s Burritos Restaurant - 2 chicken Taco Dinner with Rice - Mexican Near Me - Champaign, Illinois

The food was so good and the people were very nice. We drove an hour to eat here. We will definitely be back!

The best affordable tacos in town! I love coming here after class since it's right down the street from campus, and ordering their steak tacos. I usually order their chips and salsa as well since their chips are homemade, and the portion sizes are generous. Great place to eat and one of my favorite places in town. read more

Good food but every time I come here some rando requests I pay a tax for using the sidewalk, usually on my way in and my way out

Been to both restaurant and food truck and you can't go wrong with thier menu. Very helpful people and great I mean really great food, I drive from saint louis to get it some times. This place is worth supporting and will continue to be around a long time I hope. My whole family enjoys the food and not to forget to mention the very hot sauce and the mild salsas. read more

I don't know if It was the owner or manager behind the register but his customer service skills were awesome! I ordered two burrito bowls which was A LOT of food which allowed me to divide into two meals! read more

Yum!!! I ordered delivery through UberEats because I'm just passing through town. I orders a burrito pastor and a burrito with chicken, and a steak quesadilla along with chips and salsa so that if I hated something I'd have backup options. It was late and restaurants were closing. Homemade chips! Homemade salsa! Possibly homemade tortillas?! Everything was delicious! I just took a couple bites of everything and wished I had more chips and salsa! If I pass through here in the future, I'm getting Mo's again! read more

Food was okay, & the people was very nice & helpful. However, why we where their we felt like we didn't belong, like we where to poor to have the honor of being here. Was happy I tried it, but don't think i will be going back. read more

When I went here I had trouble finding it because the sign on the building hadn't been updated yet. I don't pass by it much, so I can't say if it actually says "Mo's" yet or not. I had the Torta Cubana and there was So Much Food on my plate. It was late at night and I was meeting a friend here. The counter staff must have thought we were on a date because he led us too a booth and served us like we were at a sit-down place instead of a counter-serve diner. The food is delicious, although if your tastes run towards more Americanized meals like Chipotle or Fiesta, you might not like it as much. Great place to stop for lunch on a busy day. If the food truck, which I prefer, wasn't right around the corner, I'd come far more often. 4 star's because it was kinda hard to find. read more

I ordered delivery. Was always prompt and still hot. Delicious salads and falafel. Arab salad especially delicious. Nice variety.

The food was excellent as was the service. My campechano items were quite greasy, but I don't necessarily think that's a bad thing. I was pleased with the flavor and authenticity of the restaurant and their dishes. But, I thought their serving sizes were a little on the small side. Normally, I appreciate this since I don't tend to eat a full American portion. However, when the food authentically reminded me of the food in Mexico at twice the price for half of the food, it was hard not to make that comparison, not matter how unfair it is. Overall, great food and a fair value, but missed the fifth star for issue of value. read more

Chicken tacos with salsa - excellent authentic flavor. Fish tacos were also great. Can't wait to come back!

This taco truck is sadly not up to the hype. After reading reviews my family thought they would be good, but the food was lacking. The vegetarian nachos had zucchini and mushrooms on them which would have been okay if there was salsa on the nachos, but instead it was only covered in sour cream with hardly any chips. The tacos were mostly sour cream and cheese. The tomatoes on everything were tasteless. There were some good things. The beef cheek taco was pretty good. Sadly the rest of their menu does not measure up. read more

Mo’s Burritos Restaurant - Example: vegetarian nachos - Mexican Near Me - Champaign, Illinois

I just stumbled across this place while visiting Champaign. We carried out a few tacos and some guacamole. Admittedly I wasn't really sure what I ordered but it was all awesome. We got a variety of tacos. All excellent! The guac was also great. The sauces served in the side were super tasty and one was really spicy. This is a real mo frills "joint." I would recommend carrying out rather than dining in. read more

Delivery was excellent, along with the food! Mo's is not just burritos. It's some serious Mexican food.

I have spent a long time looking for a good burrito in Champaign and discovering Mo's burritos truly such a memorable experience. The chips and salsa they leave at your table are unmatched and the carne asana was unbelievable juicy and flavorful. this place needs more love read more

Didn't leave me wanting "Mo." Convincingly the worst "Mexican food" I've ever had. Guess we should've more closely reviewed the Health Score & this restaurant's health code violations. Ordered chicken quesadilla, received "chorizo" quesadilla, soaked in reddish orange grease & filled with "chorizo" too-spicy presumably to hide the cheap-tasting filler/meat & lack of cheese. Couldn't bear to finish eating the burrito, which felt like mostly over-dried tortilla, and onions. Should've chosen the safer option of Chipotle. read more

Good food, price not bad, & girl at window Lucy is very nice. Sandwich truck is awesome and room in lot for plenty. Yumm. Hot and mild sauce for my chicken burrito. Plump and well cooked all the way thru. Not runny or skimp on fillings. read more

We had carry-out tacos, burrito and pork tamale. The meat we had in them was pork, steak and ground beef (separately on flour tortillas). Thought the steak had excellent flavor. Ordered traditional/Mexican style with onions, cilantro and added lettuce then put hot sauce on em. Liked both red and Verde sauce. The authentic tamale was a tad dry. Rice and beans standard fare -good. Definitely will go w/ steak burritos next visit. Pretty good. read more

Second time here just as wonderful as the first all staff were so friendly soon as you walked in the door continued to be patient and friendly to fill your order, The food was plenty and everything was clean. I have nothing but good things to say about this place especially the staff that makes you feel like you're not just a number read more

Best steak tacos in Champaign! Get the green salsa!! They're very fast and I'm never disappointed whenever I get food there! Also their prices are great! read more

Had another excellent meal at lunch! Mexican style steak tacos are life changing. Almost as good as LaPasadita in Chicago!! Good job!!

No. No. And no. First the cooking oil is abysmal. When is the last time the fryer oil was changed? Why do the chips smell off? The oil makes the food smell terrible. Second. When did Mexican food require butter enhanced flavoring oil?! What?! Yuck. This place is not good and that could change if it just paid attention to details. read more

Absolutely love this place. Delicious every time, just like the food truck. Chicken is absolutely perfectly cooked every time, most Mexican style chicken tacos are dry and bland compared to this place. Multiple different types of tamales that are also some of the best I've ever had. Great and fast service every time of course. Very nice small business with excellent authentic Mexican food. read more

Tried and never going back ordered a quesadilla charged 10 dollars got the quesadilla in a brown paper bag. Everything was put inside of it even rice and beans I thought they should come on side. It was so greasy I had to eat with a fork because everything was coming out of it had no taste at all. Disliked it and to much never going back read more

The tacos were pretty good and cheap. The tortillas were a bit bland and I wish the tacos were a bit bigger (I got 4 and was not really full), but it was a good experience overall. The horchata was also pretty good, and worth the money considering its size. read more
