The only reason I am giving 4 stars is because it took a very long time to make 3 drinks. There were only two people working and there were 3 people in the store. This place has a very extensive menu and many unique toppings which I loved. We ordered the Dragonfruit milk tea, the butterfly pea salty macchiato, and the guava milk tea. These drinks were alright. Some were bitter or not very sweet. The toppings were honestly better than the actual tea. It was cheaper than most places, but I'm not sure this would be my go-to boba place. read more

I can't stop myself from coming back to Mo Mo's Milk Tea House. There are so many more flavors and a lot of authentic Vietnamese dishes that I enjoy! The first time I came here since the transfer of owners, I was with my best friend and had gotten my usual order (traditional milk tea) and it was 15/10 compared to the other places I've been to and it has so much more flavor and texture. I've came back over and over again since the beginning of January with new friends and family. I've probably had over 6 drinks from here already(boba addict I know). Recently, my cousin had ordered the Mint Boba Milk Tea and the name of the flavor did seem a bit odd at first but it was heaven when I had taken a sip from it. I just found my new favorite boba spot!!! Wow!! My boyfriend brought me here after he tried it & i am so glad he did. I have been searching for a good Brown Sugar Pearl Matcha in Colorado for months & I just found it!! Life changing! Lol I'm sad cause I live pretty far from here but I will definitely make it back in often, it's just too good! The tea here is really crappy. The fruit syrups taste very much like an artificial syrup and the flavors layer on top of the tea, rather than combines well with the tea to enhance the flavor. The tea itself is flavorless and unpleasant. The boba is cooked poorly-- it splits when you chew it rather than produces the bouncy texture in the mouth. This place is a waste of money and a disappointing experience. You're better off going somewhere else. read more

This place is a little confusing. I had stopped in at the old milk tea place that used to be here called Tea 4 U, but I wasn't really a fan, so when a new business showed up in the same location called Mo Mo Milk Tea I was pretty excited to try it again. Before running into Target to do some shopping I wanted to stop in for a quick tea. I was a little confused however, because the signage outside still says Tea 4 U. All of the decorations on the inside are also from Tea 4 U. The only thing that has the name Mo Mo Milk Tea are the aprons that the employees are wearing and the digital signage menu. I ordered the Thai milk tea with pearls, and unfortunately the drink was not any better than the previous business that had been here. The tapioca pearls are very dense, and the drinks lack flavor. I prefer when my milk tea has a sealed lid on it so you can give it a little shake to move the pearls around, but this place just gives you a plastic lid. read more

I've been to this place a few times and have never had an issue. I placed an order and waited about 5 minutes (there was about 3-4 other customers ahead of me). The two employees there were nice and attentive and verified my order before making it. The milk tea I ordered was very tasty. I got a taro milk tea with boba and jasmine milk tea with herbal jelly and it had great flavor and decent size. Only $6 for a large with add-ins which is pretty cheap as I've seen drinks go for $8-$10 at other stores. The store is cute decor and clean. it was very yummy. I ordered a peach tea, and while I do enjoy sweet things, I know some people will find it too sweet. With that being said, I think it would be a good idea for them to allow you to choose your sweetness level with certain drinks. We also got a strawberry milktea, and that was perfect. I was excited to try this boba place, but I was disappointed. Got the matcha milk tea with crystal boba and it tasted very watered down. I could not taste any matcha flavor. Actually it was quite flavorless. I didn't even get thru half of the drink (btw medium size) and had to just throw it away. Not good. Not bad. I got my usual, Taro Milk Tea, and it was super grainy. I've never had this happen before and last time I went here it was normal Taro. I don't get boba so this isn't just flaking tapioca. Like other reviews have said, it's sweeter than milk tea usually is. All these negative reviews are so unfair of this place. I'm a Boba tea snob and I come here weekly, the Boba has always been consistently good and cooked properly. And those asking why they had to wait 15 minutes for one, because this place is awesome and always busy. It's not like the employees are just standing around, they are always busy with delivery orders, online and pickup, if you don't want to go in and order and wait, call on your way, it's what I do, I haven't waited more than 10 min ever for mine that way. Used to come here a few times when it was Tea4U, thought the drinks were okay, just somewhere close and convenient. Now that it's changed it's name, menu, and owners, we thought we'd give it a try again. It was delicious! We've gone twice now and both times we were happy with the way our drinks came out! My friend and I came in late but the staff was still very very sweet. I got the tiger milk tea with pudding and it was amazing! The owner delivered it to our table and caramelized the top of the tea foam right in front of us which was really cool! He is very sweet and passionate about his shop. I just moved here from CA so I was definitely excited to have this place be my new go to boba spot since I've had my fair share of boba places in CA but unfortunately I have been let down time and time again here. The first time I went I ordered a wintermelon green tea with boba and to my demise the tea tasted like chemicals? Or chlorine. I thought maybe it was an off day and they didn't clean the ice machine thoroughly or something but I went back a week or 2 later and same thing. Taste like chemicals! I went back a 3rd time with my boyfriend, I ordered a jasmine green tea this time and he ordered a taro smoothie and again my drink tasted like chemicals but my boyfriends drink tasted fine, I think bc the sweetness of his drink masked the chemical flavor. I honestly really wanted to give this place a shot but after returning 3 times and my drink tasting like chemicals, I will not go back and spend anymore money here. I'm not sure if it's the ice that they're using for their drinks or if it's the water they use for their green tea? That makes it's taste really awful.
