Sophia, the shop owner, is incredibly warm and welcoming. She is very knowledgeable and passionate about her products. Being from the UK, she designed the shop and products to be reminiscent of a classic British apothecary store. I got two of their candles for Christmas and both smell amazing. Their best seller, Smells Like Anthropologie, actually smells better than the store in my opinion. The other candle I have, Amber Noir, is also wonderful. I would definitely like to try out different scents in the future. They also have a variety of skincare, aromatherapy, and CBD products. Most, if not all, of their products are also available on their website. Of course I'd recommend visiting in store, but given the state of the world now with COVID-19 online ordering is a great option. If you love putting things that smell and feel nice on your skin and feel like treating yourself this is the place to go.

When I arrived at Cari Skin Care a few minutes before my appointment was supposed to begin I , knocked and walked in, & the owner looked at me like I had two heads. The greeting was far from warm. I said hi I'm here for a 6 o'clock appointment. She looked at me funny then said you're early but can wait and that she had someone coming in for a 6pm facial. I said I believe that's me as I made two appointments, one for brows and one for a facial. She then told me no I was wrong and that the 6pm appointment slot was for a regular customer, not me. Still, not very warm. Not apologetic. Unfortunate experience as I was hoping to find a new esthetician for regular facials.

The prices are reasonable for this type of service. They are in line with what others charge for these services (not much more expensive or much cheaper). I strongly recommend them.

I have experienced very, very little regrowth, and anything that does regrow is thin and fine. For maintenance during the summer months, I might do a light touch-up with an epilator. I'm attaching a before and after picture - my "before" was taken a few days before my very first treatment, and my "after" is just before my recent touchup (no epilating or shaving). I went in recently for a touchup, since I figured it's better to stay on top of things, and my experience was fantastic. Still the same outstanding service, cleanliness, and speed as before. I was in and out in record time and didn't even experience much redness or irritation.
