When I arrived he told me she had not started on the dress and asked me if I could come back an hour later. Needless to say I'm upset I had to waste my gas money and my time when I would've been content to have been given a later pick up time. I'm writing this before I even get the dress back. I'm hoping the alterations are amazing quality and that could redeem the lack of customer service.

They're pretty upfront with prices and you can opt-in/out of stuff. Service: So sweet and friendly. I came in with a large bridesmaid dress and they were truthful about telling me to get a new one as even with alterations, it wouldn't look as good.
