I come back to pick it up after being promised that it would be ready today just to be told that it now won't be ready till after 5 pm on Monday. I leave Monday at 7am to drive to Nevada. They give me my tuxedo back and shirt and now it's not cleaned or pressed and is even more wrinkles then it was before I dropped it off. No other cleaners in the area can clean mine in time for the ball as a result. I came here because they have better prices than others. I drove there from Ogden and my initial first impression was good. I was told to come back four days later at the same time. When I arrived he told me she had not started on the dress and asked me if I could come back an hour later. Needless to say I'm upset I had to waste my gas money and my time when I would've been content to have been given a later pick up time. I'm writing this before I even get the dress back. I'm hoping the alterations are amazing quality and that could redeem the lack of customer service.
