They do what they say and are honest and trustworthy. I hired them to replace the siding on the entire house. It turned out beautifully! Their quote was competitive, they were the nicest guys. Despite needing to work on our house for two days straight they were not intrusive in the slightest, they were quick to communicate and respond to questions and really to the time to explain things in a way that I'd understand. I don't usually leave reviews but I was really impressed with them.

I researched many powder coaters /sand blasters in the Morehead - Jacksonville area and couldn't get a quote, in most cases, not even a callback. Buying new ones was over $3,000! Even the shutter company quoted a crazy high price to handle the refinishing. On a hunch, I found Live Wire in a Wilmington search and it looked promising. I spoke with Jessica, sent photos and dimensions and they generated a quote for a little under $1200 for 3 shutters. We took them down, they examined them and said they felt they could do the work, even though they had the thin blades. The original quality of the power coating was poor, the company didn't prime them first. Live Wire could not guarantee all the corrosion pitting would be gone. Well, they finished them on the promised time, we went to get them and were floored. Each looked like brand new and sparkling. No, all the pitting wasn't gone, but who cares from 15 feet, they look gorgeous and we saved over $2,000! Sweet. Highly recommend this company. Everyone was generous with their time and explanations.

We had the wall mount that we previously used for the TV, and Tate really tried hard to make it work. Unfortunately, Tate informed us that it was not attaching to the TV reliably. He suggested that we should replace the mount for safety reasons, which we agreed, and he ran right out to obtain a new one, completing the job. Tate was responsive, very personable, professional, and did a fantastic job. I highly recommend AV & Home solutions.

With a 1/4" steel cylindrical rod, I learned to square it, twist the squared rod into a spiral, hammer to a sharp point and make coils, hooks and 90's in the steel rod. Their instruction made it easy for me, and I thank them for their time and instructions I will take more classes with them and gain some studio time to practice my new hobby.
