Not a single one has topped the level of detail Joe went to. My house that I recently purchased was fairly new, so it was obvious there were not many issues that would be uncovered. Joe still took the time to go over every detail (including finding mis-adjustment in the garage door spring hinge). The report provided was loaded with ways to point out if there were safety issues, things to look out for, and future maintainence indicators, all backed by pictures. Compared with the report I recieved from the buyer of my old home (which is of the quality I have seen 20+ times), this was a whole other level. The person could not schedule the inspection unless the call came from the sales agent. Apparently thats the only way "her computer lets her schedule" The inspection itself was not adequate. The inspector Dave seemed to speed through the inspection. We noticed one leak in the ejector pipe but failed to mention that in his report. Attention to detail and quality of service that you would expect from an inspection company is simply not there. This was a complete waste of my money.
