Please tell everyone to take their business elsewhere! Also years ago they drove a loader into the back of my fathers truck, of course they didn't care and had nothing to say. We tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and left another message in case something got overlooked, but they never returned our voicemail or Facebook message, despite it showing as being read. I am disappointed in this experience because I've now lost the opportunity to get on the list for other reputable landscaping companies. I can not in good conscience recommend this company given how unreliable and inconsiderate our experience with them has been to this point.

About 3 weeks after the order I was contacted to see if the following week would be acceptable for delivery & installation. After I confirmed, I was called a few days later and given a date and time the carport and the installation crew would arrive. Surprisingly, they showed up two days early late in the day and asked if they could get started early. My driveway was ready so I told the three guys to go ahead & get started. Since it was later in the day (after 6) I thought they would get started and finish the next day. I got my second surprise of the day when they were finished a little over two hours after they started. My carport was finished, they had cleaned up the area and packed up their truck and trailer. I paid them and they were on their way by 8:30 so I got my carport two days early. The carport I received is comparable in price to ordering one from Menards. The Menards carport is less substantial, has horizontal roof sheeting, and has to be picked up, brought home and I would have to assemble and anchor it myself. For the same price, to have one delivered and installed is a no-brainer. I would definitely recommend them.
