They subcontracted out the grading plan and they Engineer they went with could not get in together. It took him 5 revisions with the city to get the plans correct. The city ever said to us at one point "we won't understand how this is continuing to drag out as we can have him specific instructions that he continues to ignore" all in all these revisions ending up costing us an extra $485 on top of the $850 we paid upfront! When I spoke to Russ he said it wasn't his problem because he didn't know. How is this not his problem? He the company I hired? He told me it was the engineers fault (THAT HE HIRED) all in all he told me I'm out of luck. Easy for him to say since he cashed the check no problems! Also took them 7 months from hire to approval! Ridiculous!
