I have personally found them to not only be reasonably priced, but extremely professional. This is a small business that seems to pride itself on customer satisfaction. Which is precisely why I continue to do business with them. Steve is always polite and helpful, the rest of the staff seems to be very knowledgeable and friendly. I flip houses in the area, and they always get my surveys done quickly and accurately. Many survey companies tend to cater to large developers, and don't seem to have time for "the little guys". That doesn't appear to be the case here. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a residential survey, or just questions about their property. (I always have a lot of questions)

Worst mistake ever - hiring Mike from United Survey. He insisted I should not pay him until he…read morecompleted the job. Ten months later ...still not complete. In the meantime, one week after I hired him to do a plat of survey, I was in the process of hiring a civil engineer to do the plat of subdivision and had asked for bids from three engineers. Apparently, that week one of the engineers, Ted, whom I requested a bid from called and spoke to Mike. Mike told this engineer that I don't pay my bills. This was absolutely uncalled for. The engineer called me and told me what Mike said. I pay my bills. After my husband died, I put two kids through college and paid off my house. I called Mike furious because this is business and you don't lie and slander/libel people for no reason. Mike apologized. He said he could do the plat of subdivision and would no longer charge me for the plat of survey because of what he did and said - lying about me to damage my character. Over the course of the next 10 months, Mike kept adjusting the plats and then the city would come back and say this, this, this and this are missing. I sent Mike the list of requirements the city had many times and asked him to refer to the "bullet-pointed list" that gave all the requirements for the plats. Mike replied, "Bullets? What you talking about, bullets?" This is the kind of person you are dealing with. He doesn't even know what a bullet-pointed list is. After 10 months I had to fire him. He finally admitted he needed an engineer to get some of the information for the plat of subdivision. This was totally unprofessional and bordered on criminal. If you want to slander or libel my name, then you better have proof. I know know Mike probably wanted the job and that's why he lied to the engineer saying I don't pay my bills. Avoid Mike and his rude assistant, Nadia, at all costs. It was my first subdivision and what a mistake I made trusting them.

Mike (I believe the owner) was the ONLY person who answered. He had me send him the info right away and when I didn't send everything correctly he let me know at 6:30 that night! He got his guys out there the next day and had the survey ready to go early on Thursday. I would have paid an arm and a leg at that point, but Mike's price was great as well. I cannot recommend them highly enough!! I only wish I did real estate closings more often so I could use him all the time.

It makes me wonder who all the condo buildings in the city are going to. Anyway, the guy who came out was very professional and well spoken. He called us back right away and was prompt. He knew what he was talking about and quoted us a fair price. However, that's where this story takes a turn... Luckily we only got a run of fence in the back. Because it looks like crap. It almost seems like some people from a welding 101 class did the work. We also had some mesh installed around all the door handles. When you gently pushed on them, they came off. I'm guessing they spot welded 3 or 4 points rather than the 20 or so each one needed. They were also going to fix a few bent finnials on the front and attach another piece to a front gate. This wasn't done. I figured that we'd never see them again, but I called and complained and got some people out the very next day to re-do the mesh welds. Perhaps it was because I let him know that the crew left a large sheet of metal mesh at our house that was probably pretty pricey? After all of this, I'd still probably give them two stars because at least dealing with the office was fine. However, once we had a locksmith come out to install locks, he pointed out that not only was the piece of metal that goes in front of the lock to prevent break-ins on the wrong side of the fence, the area around each lock is so jacked up that the doors only stay closed if you lock the gate using an extra long dead bolt. I wish we would have never gotten an estimate...

Wow. My experience with Pro Fence is completely different than that of the other reviewers…read more My husband and I needed to have our wrought iron fence painted as it was looking pretty rough. In addition, our gangway gate was crooked, so it would not close and lock. I called for a quote and Rodrigo came out (If I remember correctly) the same day. I had gotten a total of 3 quotes for this work, and although Pro Fence was not the least expensive, I went with their company and am very happy. Due to bad weather, had to reschedule a couple times, but Rodrigo kept in good contact and was easily reachable when necessary. The rescheduling was necessary due to the dry time needed for the paint (so it wouldn't bubble from the rain). I appreciated their concern with doing the job correctly, and didn't mind the rescheduling. The fence was sanded and painted and looks great! I am very pleased with the job. I only wish others had had a similar experience to mine.

When I asked why the fence that was removed 2 years earlier was still on the plat, he insisted the fence existed when he did his survey and then Mr. Moradi accused me of removing the fence after he did his survey. But, because he is a good guy, will revise the drawing and send it to me. This man is a PhD? Have to wonder how many other incorrect drawings has this certified engineer stamped?

You should also consider that this place doesn't even list an address - there is no office. They are not listed with any local chamber of commerce and the BBB has no knowledge of them.
