And that's the only uniform you need. You don't need to buy any additional equipment, and there aren't various marketing strategies employed against you. This is not a training center that promotes you every promotion. I'm sorry to say, but my son's class was supposed to test for belt promotion and they were denied because many students didn't show up in the correct uniform. The students must wait until their sensei schedules another testing opportunity. They have a smoothie bar inside, i haven't tried it yet. My son enjoys their training program very much. I enjoy their friendliness and lack of continued marketing tactics. The price is reasonable.

Cons: -After a first class, they grab you and go over one year membership (very pushy!!). -It is difficult to reserve a spot. They only allow you to reserve one class at a time if you are not a regular member. -You can only reserve a spot in person or by calling. However, they are only available to answer your call a couple hours before the evening classes. -When you finally get a chance to talk to them, the classes are full. The instructor told me that they can only allow 4 beginners per class. Thus, although the classes weren't full, I couldn't take the class. I've been a member for almost two years now and I will keep coming back because every kickboxing workout is different. The instructors are all great and each puts their own unique spin on whatever part of the body you work out that day. I will say that at the beginning, it was hard but with multiple classes(and as a member, I can go to as many classes as I want) and with help from the instructors on how to correctly perform each move, I have gotten more confident in my workout. Each workout for kickboxing is around an hour long and features high intensity music to keep you going. You start with a warm-up, do some combos, and finish off with a killer speed round. It may be in a group setting but you definitely get one on one time with the instructor when you can't figure out the combo or how to do the exercise. The atmosphere of this place is always great. Very welcoming and the instructors get to know you. Even if you are unsure of going by yourself, you'll find the other members are all easy to get to know and in the same sweaty boat as you at the end of the class. Class times are mornings or night times(Afternoons too on certain days). Very flexible for people with full time jobs like myself. As a member I'm also able to take other classes such as Muy Thai or Jui Jitsu. If I'm feeling like I want to learn more technique or just get a sweaty workout in, I definitely have options. This place is the best, highly recommend.

deplorable predatory membership practices…read more first they tell you its $1 for the first month and then tell you theyll charge you your last month on the same day. once you sign, "oh by the way theres a $50 dollar annual fee on your next payment". so you go from paying $1 to $110 on the first day and then $160 plus tax on your second month! then if you wanna change anything on your membership you have to call. and theyll tell you you have to call after 11am or go in to talk to someone to cancel. then you have to go in and talk to someone and or finally you have to email someone to change anything on your account?! its 2026! all of this should be able to be done over an app - but noooopeeee the app gives you the option but wont allow you to. they spin you round and round, and then when you want to cancel they will force you to stay and additional 21 days which if youre in cycle that means your last month payment which you paid on your first day doesnt count! so now youre stuck for 2 more months. peak scam mentallity. if you go in better have a card ready that youre willing to cancel cause it will be the only way out.

I have attended with another instructor who was not very attentive, stepping out of the room a couple times and fixing her hair jn the mirror several times....she didnt feel accessible as a coach during the class I attended. As someone looking for a second gym membership, I find their prices too high. I wish there was something in between the 8-session/month and unlimited membership. Overall i definitely see myself continuing to visit this gym.
