The only solution they could offer was asking me to bring it back tomorrow, and they refused to guarantee whether they would be able to do it tomorrow. What kind of service is this? It appeared as though you stated every other "excuse" of how the car's condenser got damaged, but left out the part that your guys could have damaged the condenser as a possibility, too. Oops! Now, truth be told, I did not see your mechanics do this for I was not about to stand over them and baby sit them by watching them work. This is why I CANNOT STAND people with my car for nobody respects and takes care of your stuff like I do, but it is very obvious my A/C condenser got damaged while in your shop. I guess knowing the fact that you will not own it- that is your call. Also, I do not appreciate the fact that one of your mechanics having had a tool in the same hand he held up the car's hood with. He could have scratch and/or damaged the paint finish on my car. I had to tell the mechanic to move the tool. ridiculous. I just hope that you own up to your mistakes and admit fault when necessary. I cannot say that your shop actually did this although it seems extremely obviously so, and you cannot admit that you did not do it, either. I jus wish you and your shop the very best going forward. Chatgpt tells me its most likely a leak and I saw a puddle under the car before I towed it. Ian, the manager, calls me and tells me the transmission needs to be rebuilt and the fluid is fill. Cost:$3900 - $4900. Something felt off because I literally saw the puddle of fluid and I towed to another shop (Sal Transmission on Stillwell). Turns out it was just a leak. Sal sealed it and topped it off. Cost: $235 Dolphin tried to take me for $4500 so this review for anybody considering going here. Beware!

I went to Ace and they found that the auto parts service people failed to tighten the bolts when they gave me an oil change, and I leaked my oil out. Ace did an oil change, and I was all fixed. This is an honest mechanic. I saw police cars at their shop being fixed, so I know they are honest, or they would get arrested!! My other car did not need a new transmission, just a changer of seals.
