I was…read moreskeptical about retaining a stager because my place is fairly small and I wasn't sure it was worth the cost. The issue with staging is that you have to have faith. You will never know how much of an impact it had, if any. I think Maureen did a great job though! She told me what items to put into storage to make my place look bigger and she reorganized my things in a way that made the condo more inviting. She also brought in some of her own things to complete the picture. I would highly recommend DaVinci if you are going to use a stager. My realtors use her themselves when they sell their own homes too. She is definitely an expert at what she does! The only reason I am giving 4 instead of 5 stars is because of the cost. My condo is only 700 square feet and the cost was $2,500. Maureen came for an initial consult and then spent one full day staging. Again, I have no way of knowing how much added benefit the staging had with the sale price and while I'd like to think it increased the sale by at least $2,500 I just don't know. In any case, I would still highly recommend DaVinci, especially if you have a larger home or you are selling in a less desirable area as I think the added benefit will be more noticeable.

First project: After a few failed attempts to work with decorators, I received a very strong referance from a dear friend that Davinci Designer Gallery - Maureen Reddy - was the way to go.... She was right! My first work with Maureen was to help with the selection of colors for all of the first floor rooms. We have a home that is full of art that we have collected from around the world. We also have an eclectic collection of antiques and other objects. Maureen took everything in, in additon to our unique sensibilities and in a very short time recommended colors for each room. To this day we still receive compliments on the lovely colors and how beautifully they work with our art. Second Project: Now we are really ready for big changes and called Maureen Reddy once again. She helped me think through and design everything - from the choices of new furnature - to the selection of fabrics for three antique wing chairs an antique couch and much more. She has an amazing eye for detail and design -- I still am amazed at how well she is able to understnad what we like and at the same time help us move in new directions - from rugs to lampts to other objects from her personal collection - the result was breathtaking! She (Maureen) is professional, honest and fair in her pricing and an amazing artist. She's also a lot of fun to work with! We recommend Davinci and Maureen 1000% and can't want for the next project - the re-do of the entire upstairs of our home.

Hosea's painter team did nothing short of a miracle job. Really…read more I wholeheartedly recommend you go with them. You can't go wrong. I appreciated his teams' skills and most importantly his ethics, honesty and integrity. I recruited Hosea and his team for a risky paint job due to the unusual designer type of paint we were going to use. Also, I had a very tight deadline at risk of not being able to move in. Every painters told me they needed at least 2 weeks or more to finish it, even with a 3-person teams. This even included a large national paint companies (those who specialized on commercial or corporate buildings). Hosea's team were able to finish it in just about a week or slightly more, allowing me to move in right in time. I used a designer paint complex to handle and prone to mistake from inexperienced painters with this particular paint. As expected, they made a mistake, but owned it without creating difficulties. The end result ended up very fan-tas-tic, above and beyond expectations. And the pricing (certainly not cheap) was rightly fair and quite reasonable I think. I am so glad I selected Hosea for this impossible mission job. It was a total success. Attached are photos before/after the job.
