It is now November 28, and after almost a month of effort it may be that getting MLS4owners to put the gate code for the community in the agent remarks may be too much of a challenge. It started with a text to Mr Nye on October 31, explaining the issue and with my promise to pay for any charges involved in adding the gate code to the agent remarks, but my text got ignored and a showing got impeded over two weeks later, and I complained to Mr Nye about it and asked him to call me to straighten the problem out and he texted my wife and asked for the gate code. So the gate code was sent to him again, as it had been on October 31. Ten days or so later, yesterday, I got a call from an agent who advised that the gate code was not in the agent remarks. So Mr Nye got the October 31 request, ignored it and eventually got a complaint about that when a problem arose, and he then asked for the code that he had already been given, and did not follow through anyway! I am unsuccessfully trying to get the gate code in the agent remarks because I am too often out of cell range and do not get timely messages. The gate code should be in the agent remarks, which the public does not see, because the gate code should not be put in the remarks the general public can see due to homeowner association and community security reasons. I do not understand why the gate code is still not in the agent remarks and why Mr Nye is not communicating or acting in the face of a legitimate issue or request. Refusal to cooperate or follow up after being told about a screw up is not a professional way to respond, in my opinion, for all I know that's the problem. I give two stars because I think MLS4owners managed to get the listing on the MLS, which is the bulk of what was needed, but I feel like I have an unwilling business partner, at least ever since I pointed out the total oversight of my October 31 text to MLS4owners and the showing that was impeded as a result. read more
