I will say I did feel relief the next day in my shoulders and neck so he must have done something right. I definitely would not pay their posted prices but the groupon price was reasonable. I was not forced to leave a tip like others stated I think they have new management. I wouldn't mind returning for a foot reflexology but unless I'm on a tight budget I probably wouldn't return for a full body massage.

I had wrapped my hair in a nice scarf and when she was done my scarf was off my head. My daughter said the young lady she had was breathing hard over her so she really couldn't relax. I was kind of disappointed that they didn't have a locker room nor a shower, or bottled water. They offered you water and came back with a little plastic cup with water in it, not sure if it was tap water. Bought three 60 minute massages on Groupon…read more Redeemed one for myself and it was a good massage and service. Scheduled the second today for my girlfriend as a gift. Received email and text confirmation from salon for the appointment. Arrived 5 minutes prior, called from parking lot, following covid procedure and no reply from spa. Called again and texted twice between 6 - 615, no reply from spa. Two and a half hours after the 'no show' from the spa and still no communication from them. My girlfriend is quite disappointed as am I as a result of this poor scheduling service. And this is the second time our appointment was missed by the spa. The prior attempt, the spa cancelled saying their power was out. The massage was good when the spa keeps its appointment but after these last two experiences I've lost all trust in Spa Sono of Westport and would never return. If you are looking for a good massage and expect good customer service I'd recommend avoiding Spa Sono - there are other business who value you, your time and your business more than what I got from Spa Sono.
