The clerk did work with me on items I purchased today (one damaged item, one wrongly boxed item), but wouldn't budge on something I bought 4 days ago. I had to scout the store for a $3 credit because I refused to give any more money to them. Could have just given me the $3 but was insistent on the policy/chose to be petty. At the end of the day, the store is junky/messy with lots of damaged items so be careful when buying. Pay attention so you don't buy a damaged item and then only get store credit. It was explained to me that prices are low because of the damage. I won't be going back just because she decided to put me through it over $3.
