This is a company that deserves a second chance if ever. We worked with them organizing a very special memorial for my Dad. The team that arrived was professional and punctual in setting up our tent and allowing us to organize our tables and chairs in plenty of time to have a successful event. And while this was a particularly stressful celebration, Ford's really took the stress out of the day by being straight forward, friendly and efficient. Woooooow. If I could give this company ZERO stars, I would. They nearly RUINED my wedding. We used them for tables, chairs and a dance floor. First, they never added the dance floor to our order so when they came to deliver our tables and chairs, all of their dance floors were rented so we had NO dance floor at our wedding. NEXT, they forgot TWENTY chairs and three tables. We had to have them bring those the next day. Also, none of the table match. THANKS, A LOT. I have half wood tables and half plastic. Better yet? They gave us no discount on everything. We paid for every BIT of what they delivered. They do not take card but demand to be paid on the spot. I, unfortunately, did not have the foresight to look at this company's reviews before contracting them for tables, chairs, and dance floor for our wedding reception. There is no follow through anytime a phone call or email is sent to them. If you're waiting for an answer to something, be prepared to call them back to follow up, they won't. Order taking was another issue, as we had added our dance floor to our initial order, and the employee on the phone did not follow through by actually adding it to my order at that moment. This error was not discovered until 2 weeks before our reception, at which time they, of course, had rented all of their dance floors out, leaving us without. The delivery men arrived, and blew smoke in my face as they exited their truck; a delightful touch to the experience I've already had with this company. They also had an outdated work order, and their delivery was short on tables AND chairs. Overall poor company to work with. Highly recommend you look elsewhere for your special event, or even your regular event. You'll be glad you avoided them. read more

Rented tables and chairs for my daughters wedding 9/7/19. We were told originally they would be delivering on Thursday and then as day drew near we were told they would deliver Friday between 12 and 2 even when we explained this was a DIY venue and if at all possible 12 would be best. By 3pm no delivery and after numerous calls were told they were behind. Truck arrived at 3:30 which gave use 1 1/2 hour to completely decorate before rehearsal. We didn't leave the venue until midnight . We live 45 minutes from venue and had to be back by noon the next day. We asked for some compensation but were told NO, Would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. read more

I would never recommend this company to anyone! I ordered tables and chairs for a Christmas dinner I had planned. They sent me the contract and stated to pick them up on Dec 22nd (Friday) before Christmas and return them by Dec 27th. I called at 2:50 pm to see how late they were going to be opened. The person who answered told me they had closed at noon and that they had called everyone to let them know. I never received a call, there were no missed calls, no email, nothing. The man who answered, instead of trying to work out a solution, got all defensive and insisted they had let me know. What kind of psycho would KNOW that they closed at noon and would wait until 2:50 pm to call and ask how late they were open? I have never reviewed a company before on Yelp, but this guy does not deserve to stay in business and put people in a bind like they did to me and several others according to the other reviews that I am seeing on Yelp. Another thing, on their contract they state that they are new owners of this business. They won't be for long with their "customer service" (if that's what you want to call it). read more
