We last minute had to rent a water game.. how last minute? The Thursday before the first 90 degree Saturday for my nieces' communion. Although they didn't have anything available, and after calling over 40 businesses who all laughed at my request, all-time bounce ( Josie sp?) called me back about a half hour later to let me know that someone canceled last minute and that they could configure the bounce house/large slide into a water game ! Not only that, but I thought they were joking when they gave me the lowest price I've heard all day. (Even though places were saying they didn't have water games available I still asked average pricing). He was patient with my questions on size and timing and payment. He even went as far as sending me a text message of pictures of the bounce house we were renting. They were extremely communicative and updated us on when they were arriving and picking up. They didn't even demand payment upon arrival, not even a deposit. The kids (ages 1 year-14) had the best time ever and the bounce house connected to the slide was more than we could of ask for. It was definitely a major 2 in one that was unexpected. Also had a basketball rim inside that came with a ball and a climbing wall. Setup was quick and they did all the hard work with ease. The kids ended up burning out after 7 hours of nonstop fun and I called Josie back to see if they could pick up over 2 hours early as we didn't want the kids to ask to be put back into bathing suits or cry for the game when time to leave. We definitely threw their schedule off and they couldn't have been kinder about it and accepted our request graciously. They were the nicest and most professional company I have encountered. It was the hottest day and they could have been easily annoyed by us. Was asked by 4 guests for their contact info after the pleasant encounter. Apologies for the extensive review but it definitely deserved it as we cannot thank Josie and his coworker enough for all they did and dealt with that day!!
