I have worked as a catering/banquet server in the past and knew that no matter what the size of the gathering was, linens and ambience were important!! I was not disappointed, AT ALL when I chose Fabulous Events to provide the linen rentals! Keri was AWESOME with answering questions, and helping me to make sure I received WHAT I wanted/and WHEN it was needed (shipping to a smaller, close to the border community could prove a bit dicey on short notice). Thank you Keri and Fabulous Events, the linens were perfect and return easy-beezy!

Pickup here in this pretty tight lot was very quick and efficient!…read more There's enough space here for a few cars and their semi truck that backs up to the loading dock to pick up and drop off shipments of linens. I got there and rang the bell and they waved me to the loading dock to pick up my boxes. I had three very heavy boxes of linens (each box had between 50 and 75 chair covers). I trusted everything was correct in them because it'd be too hard to open up the bags and count each cover. I was given a little hand cart, loaded them up, and was on my way. Little did I know as well, that we were given a separate bag in one of the boxes of extra chair covers, so that was pretty cool. The return date for them was the next day. In the box, we had instructions of how the covers needed to be packed up and returned. Our wedding was on a Saturday, we tore down on Sunday, and had to return them on Monday. I know people get upset about needing to return things the next business day, but that's how it is because these companies need their stuff back to clean and reuse. We arrived back to this location late in the day on Monday, dropped off the three boxes, and were on our way. I'm sure they counted later on, but we didn't have any missing and were given no additional charges. Loved the experience renting linens from here from the very beginning to the very end! Thanks again for aiding in making our wedding wonderful!

The facility seemed perfect for a child's birthday party and the advertised price was more than fair. I toured the facility before booking, and all staff were professional and genuine. The party areas were large adequate for the event. Unfortunately, due to COVID-19 and the shelter in place order, my son's party was cancelled. The owners were extremely accommodating and offered solutions to make our experience better. While we weren't able to have the party that I had planned, we were more than satisfied with the level of customer service, the professionalism, and the experience we received when working with Oakland Yard Athletics.

Noreen and her team engaged wonderfully with each of our very different kids and treated our dogs like little princesses! They were careful with the dogs, provided water bowls and a bowl for the food we brought. They were incredibly hospitable to us and fun-loving with our 3 teens. This session was part of their Who AM I Program, focused on increasing confidence and self-esteem by highlighting the kids' special interests, character traits and what makes eqch of them special. It included questionnaires we had sent to teachers, youth pastor and friends which were integrated into a video montage highlighting the "things loved most" or "the funniest thing about" each kiddo. Our family laughed hilariously at several moments throughout the afternoon and she'd a tear or two at several touching moments. My husband was reluctant to spend the amount of money we did on a photo shoot. But this was more than a photo shoot. It truly was/is an investment into my kids. I want eqch of them to look back on this experience, see the statements their friends, teachers, youth pastor (and parents!) made about what makes them amazing...see themselves dressed up, holding beloved pets that have defined their childhood...who won't always be with us...and say some day, "Wow. Remember when we did that photo shoot? That was pretty awesome and we look great, dont we? I loved that dog...remember Dad joking with us during the session? Remember I ahd to pretend to hug uou and I was like, "Ewww, gross!" I am so glad Mom made us go..." I am living for that day! Thank you, Noreen Owen's & Team! Jennifer Patrick
