He gave me a price for the work I wanted done and not only was the quality of his work A+ but he stuck to his price even after running into some extra work he didn't count on when doing the original estimate. He wouldn't even take the extra money I offered him after he job was over. I thought I was the only other contractor who conducted business like that. The original builders gave up and multiple iterations with other trades failed to deliver something that looked good and were properly hiding the speakers. Eventually I got introduced to Conor and the team over at Alder construction and they immediately started to brainstorm over potential solutions and then executed on the one that we believed would solve the problems. Within a short time, the team started to execute on the plan and even when we hit a snag that the original molding was not going to cut it, Alder was able to find the original maker the molding and have everything remade like new. After a deposit, the crew did weatherproof my home for the rain season and then returned to paint everything. + Bonus. Clark will take pictures of anything that seems concerning like my roof.
