I did ask for more pressure but I felt like more pressure was placed on my neck, the most sensitive part if your body, instead of what I said my focus area was (lower back). I was still in discomfort after my massage. He also just left the hot stones sitting on my back too long and didn't really know how to use them once he was done with my legs. The receptionists were really nice and got me checked in quickly. However, the massage was very distracting because you could literally hear the receptionists and other employees talking in the foyer and walking in and out of doors during the massage session. It was also freezing cold in the massage room. My masseuse noticed this halfway through the massage and only then told me that there are table warmers which I was very happy to receive. Since most massages require less clothes, a more comfortable temperature for clients in massage rooms is probably a better route. Other than those two issues, I enjoyed my first experience here!

Minutes later, the front desk reply to an original text to switch our appointments. I replied in the text that I already called and changed the appointment. Well, when I arrive for my appointment it appears that person texted cancelled my appointment but kept my daughter's appointment in the afternoon and switch it to my name. Fount out that the person who reply to my text was the same person who was at the front desk. All she can say is I don't know what happened or who would have cancelled your appointment that was switched. She had a careless attitude.

Lack of Transparency: You were provided quotes of $150 and $110, only to be charged $300 and $350 at checkout, plus extra add-on fees without your advance consent. The Balayage Execution Before: My daughter's hair had a very soft, natural, rich brunette base with subtle, dark face-framing pieces. After: Instead of blending soft, painted highlights seamlessly into that beautiful base, the stylist placed harsh, blocky blonde chunks right at the front bangs/frame. True balayage requires a hand-painted gradient (or root smudging) so it grows out naturally without harsh stripes. 2. Lack of Tonal Balance & Blend The contrast between her natural deep brunette and the newly lightened front section is far too abrupt. A proper balayage or dimensional highlight on dark hair should transition gently through warm honey/caramel hues or feature a soft "root melt" so there are no stark starting lines. 3. Price vs. Technical Outcome Given that her base hair was healthy, dark, and natural, achieving a seamless dimensional balayage on her hair type is standard technical work for a trained colorist.
