It felt like running 30+ minutes late was just business as usual, which was frustrating from the jump. Asked for a simple fade. There was a big language barrier--the barber spoke very little and didn't communicate much, so it was hard to confirm details or make adjustments. The cut took 48 minutes, which is way too long for a basic fade. The fade has some blending, but it's inconsistent and poorly done: visible ridges in the transition lines, choppy spots, and random little tufts sticking out (especially noticeable around the sides). Iit's not smooth or even, and without any product offered to style or matte it down, my hair ended up fuzzy and unkempt, not like a fresh, clean cut at all. Really let down by the lack of detail, poor communication, no effort on the delay, and subpar results. For the price and wait, I expected way better. Decor was nice. Seats were comfortable for the wait. Earn a star for design. Won't be returning.
