I went in last week with my 9 year old daughter. We were on vacation in Hot Springs and had searched yelp for nail places close to us, that had positive reviews. I had called the day prior to make an appointment for a gel pedi for me and kids mani/pedi for my daughter. We arrived at our appointment time and the owner was just finishing another customers pedicure. The shop itself is so lovely, and it does not smell like a nail salon. The owner later said that her husband likes to put plug ins around so the place doesn't smell like nails. The only employees we saw were the owners, husband and wife. They had 4 pedi chairs I believe and maybe 2 mani stations. I chose the super deluxe pedi since I was getting gel, I can't remember the actual name but it was the highest prize, and I think my daughters was $25 which is standard for kids services. I haven't had a pedi since before March, maybe even 2019, so her husband started working on my heels, which took him 30 minutes; he did an amazing job. Also, she painted little hearts on my daughters big toes, no additional charge. I was super happy with the service and finished product. I believe we were there about 2 hours, and our total was $105 plus tip. The pricing was exactly what it is at other shops I've been to in MO, pedicures started at $25 and went up from there. Huge color selection. I don't live in the area but I would say if you are on Hot Springs, please give them a call for an appointment. Oh, that was the other thing. They are "by appointment only" right now, which I liked because I didn't want to go to a shop full of people with my daughter. Everyone wore masks the entire time. I didn't get a picture the day of but I just took a picture showing a week after the service. Nails still look awesome! Yay! In terms of quality polishes, this place is it! It's not as luxurious on the inside as some other salons, but the "pros" really do a good job especially on French tip paint mani/pedi. Very meticulous and pay a lot of attention to detail. After drying for a bit, they even came back to give a second top coat! I can't be definate on the prices as it was paid for as a bridal party gift. They seemed to get pretty busy as well so if patrons prove quality, it's must be pretty popular in Hot Springs. read more

I stopped by last Thursday to get my nails painted. Nothing else. No manicure, just painted. It was $25. He said, it will last 3 weeks. Three hours later my nails were still wet (tacky). I called and the lady said the man did not do the final step. At this point, my nails were covered in lint and fuzz. Everything was sticking to them. She said to wipe them with alcohol. That did the trick. Four days later, 4 of my nails have no polish on them. It peeled right off. I am going back tomorrow (40 minute drive) to get my money back. Ridiculous!! read more

Great pedicure today, so diligent and not painful. Very nice staff. Great polish job! Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is the ambiance (but it is in a strip mall, so what does one expect?) At least it was bright enough in there so the nail tech could see what she was doing, unlike some of these "spas" around here who paint your nails in the dark... We walked in, door said walk-ins welcome, but we didn't feel very welcomed. The lady's facial expression seemed that we were impeding on her day. Then she wouldn't see us until 4:30. That after noon. It was a manicure for one and a pedicure for the other. No one was in line or sitting in the waiting chairs. The place had someone who looked like they worked there ( sitting on the opposite side as customers would) doing their own nails. We took our business elsewhere. Place was decorated nice. Walked in at just a few minutes before 5pm for a ombre powder dip. Showed a picture of what I wanted and they said no problem. Have a seat and it will be a couple of minutes. I sat there for almost twenty minutes, at which point the owner told me that they couldn't do my nails after all. That her tech didn't know how to do an ombre and she thought she did, so...sorry! Seriously? I wouldn't have cared if they'd told me that when I walked in, but making me wait 20 minutes and wasting my time? Very rude and unprofessional. read more

I went here earlier today and ive never been to hot springs before and there were so many nail salons we had a hard time chosing. But we when to this one and we were very satisfied with it. First time here. My mom and I walked in for pedicures. Everyone was busy so they had us pick our colors and start soaking our feet. It was about 10 mins before they finished with their current clients and came to us (he said it would be about 10-15 mins). The new owners worked on us and were personable and professional. It was super busy with walk-ins but they didn't shorten our time (the massages are my favorite part and seem to get overlooked in busy salons. Luckily that didn't happen!). Holly gave me a gel French mani and regular pedi. They are both great. She did the tips of my French manicure twice and really took her time to make it perfect. If I lived in this state, this would be the place I would go to. Pedi chairs are comfortable and give a great massage. read more
