So I wanted to get my eyebrows waxed and so I went here I'll never go here AGAIN NEVER. It started well she complimented my eyebrows before she began. I've been growing them out for months so they can be pretty when shaped up. SHE BUTCHERED THEM!! I hate them so much I have no eyebrows left anymore. I wanna fucking cry. I moved to the area around a year ago and in that years time I've tried out over 4 other nail salons. Some I gave more chances than others but none of them could do a great pedicure and great dip nails, perhaps one or the other, but not both. I also tend to enjoy a more relaxing environment with kind people. It's a lot of boxes to check but Envy Nails does just that. Ni did an amazing pedicure. It's been a long time since I've had one where the massage was so good. I also like that there are several different options and price points for pedicures. Leann did my dip nails and they were flawless. I tend to experience the dip too thick and bulky or the shaping isn't consistent....but these are perfect! I was in Chicago recently and had a really good manicure and didn't think I'd get another until next years vacation until I found Envy! I have been seeing LeeAnn (Dip) and Christy (Pedi) for over a year now. I was nervous to try any nail salon after my previous experiences here in town. I was so impressed with the kindness displayed as well as the attention to detail, cleanliness, and beautiful environment. I'm very rough on my hands and my Dip manicure lasts through everything- even when I smashed my finger the nail did not break apart- LeeAnn fixed this quickly for me. After setting an appointment at 2 PM with the young lady that I saw in the review photos I get a call 15 minutes before the appointment saying that They need to move to 230 and They apologize. I arrive at 2:30 to wait until almost 3 and was finally seated to have my nails removed. I had five different customers placed in front of me before I finally said hey you remember I had a pedicure correct? They had obviously forgotten so they move me over to the pedicure chair as more customers continue to come in and wait.completely unprofessional. their time management skills out of this world. Customers appreciate you telling them and respecting their time instead of trying to get as much business as possible and having them wait for hours. My pedicure was with a young lady who did great and was sweet and I made sure to give her a great big tip. My pedicure finished at 5 pm after they let another five customers go in front of me and then the young man came over and asked me if I was ready for my nails to be done which I said I have been waiting for two hours, I was beyond ready. More Customers continued to come and get frustrated with the time constraints and I ended up not leaving this place until 6:30 PM it was dark outside I had other Plans that were now affected by this. I brought this up to the manager so I initially set up my appointment with and didn't give me any service at all or knowledge the fact that she wouldn't be doing my appointment and she refused to fix the problem and said try "oh wh your nails had detail that that's why it took so long." I spent a significant amount of money and would have again in the future but please let this deter you from doing the same. read more

Highly disappointed. The set I got before my visit today did not last even a week. Nails popped off with easy. I visited today, took about 2 hours of my life and was charged $45 when I spent $120(dip acrylic and basic sloppy pedicure)!! not even 2 weeks ago!! And the guy was so sloppy with glue. I rarely ever get a pedicure so if I ever do get one I want it to be an amazing experience. Welp, I didn't find that here. The lady I got was lazy and took her precious time eating before attending to me and did a lousy job. She thought that me conversing with a friend would stray me of her job but NOPE! Her pedicure was sloppy! She doesn't pay attention to the customer. My water turn really hot to a point I had to get my feet out of the water. It was close to over flowing! The side of my nails were never cleaned! The leg massage was horrible!!! I had a better experience when the guys did it, but this lady was surely not into working this day! I probably won't ever come back here. I expected to be pampered yet I left with a bleeding toe and an unsatisfaction visit! I wasted $50 getting a pedicure here. read more

I got a full acrylic set, almond shape, medium in length, and the thickness was a perfect natural thin. I selected the vegan pedicure with color matching shellac to my hands. I had Chinh for my first visit. He really took his time and was very observant to the make sure the shape of all my nails matched each other. His coffin tip filing is excellent and his dip application is very precise. I will definitely be coming back here from now on. I was very happy to rediscover this spot. It wasn't until I stepped inside that I made the connection that I had been here before many years ago. The interior remodel was a great investment. The decor was beautiful and helped me to get (and stay) in a relaxed state of mind. My operators did an excellent job with my pedicure, nails and waxing. The only reason that I am withholding a star is that I wasn't offered anything to drink even though other guests were made the offer and there were a few times that several of the operators started yelling across the shop at each other loudly that kinda of impeded on my relaxation a bit. However, overall I really enjoyed the experience and look forward to going back. I'll just make sure I bring my headphones next time in case the staff make a repeat performance with that shouting. read more

i went in with a friend and i chose a very simple, short set. the lady that did my nails (i was told she is the owner) was very rude and snappy. at one point i told her that one of my nails was crooked (very politely) and she sighed loudly and just completely ignored me. at the end of that i ended up getting what i asked for, however, she charged me $100. as i said, the set i got is very simple, and i have gotten variations of the same thing for much cheaper at another salon. at first i didn't say anything until i found out that my friends set (that was much longer and had so much more detail) was only $90. when i asked her about it she, again, was very rude. didn't get any reasonable explanation from her and just received rude remarks. will not be returning and wouldn't recommend unless you want to pay $100 for some stripes on your nails. read more

The best shellac manicure I've ever had, and I've had at least 50! I believe tony was the name of the gentleman who did my nails. His attention to detail with my cuticles was first class. Most nail salons speed through this service and this was not the case here. He used TWO base coats before he started doing my color which I really appreciated as my polish is still looking perfect a week later...again...level of quality of work was top notch.
