She is just…read morethe sweetest lady as well as a wonderful skin care esthetician even though she specializes in waxing. She just literally made my day so pleasant. What a refreshing, soothing and cleansing facial. I have to say that she more than made up for the big disappointment and blow off of another skin care person when I wanted to gift myself for my birthday in March. This other person who actually has a large following (my one review of her in detail is here in yelp) totally disgusted me when I had to reschedule twice and she seemed ok with it but when I tried to rebook she told me she wasn't taking any new clients! Go try to figure that one out. But the promise is that when one door closes another even better one opens and so I was blessed by meeting Krista! I love her and her work. So what I needed! Relaxing, as soothing, comforting and cleansing all packed into one. My face is getting back that natural glow and to be sure I will be going back. I highly recommend her. Such an awesome pleasant experience. Thank you Krista! You do it good. Many kudos to you.

Other massage & spa places simply let their voice mail pick up the calls saying they are unable to answer as they are working on a client. They had a receptionist when we were there the 1st time & she answered the phone. This is too good of a place to expect clients and therapists to have their massages interrupted. By boyfriend got Tiffany again & she was excellent. I had Diane who did a good job, but she was not able to tackle some of my tougher areas that would have benefited from stretching & she lacked the reflexology skills I so highly value. I hate to write this but we yelpers need complete honesty from each other, yes? And hopefully the owner will take my well intended feedback to improve their customer's experience. My other feedback for the owner is to have one of their 3 business categories on their YELP page be "massage" rather than specifically "reflexology". I believe it will make it easier for people looking for a massage in Hot Springs to find them. I will still rebook my massages here next time I'm in Hot Springs. Very good experience overall.

The reason I give the place three stars is because my "masseuse" was absolutely awful. I can't even call what I received from Sheryl a massage. She literally just rubbed oil on my body, rubbed cleaner on my face for the facial, rubbed sugar scrub on my feet for my foot massage. The extremely occasional pressure she'd apply once every five minutes for five seconds (I wish I was exaggerating) hurt more then it felt nice. Left hurting more then when I came in. My moms masseuse (unfortunately I do not remember her name) was absolutely amazing she said, the best massage of her life. With all that being said I'm glad my mom had an amazing experience, but paying $340 plus tax plus tips to have an experience like that... I just don't think it was worth it. Unless I could guarantee I'd get a good masseuse I wouldn't go back, or I'd just go back for the baths.

The best was experiencing something in the style50s with mineral spring water bath, sitz & vapor. My attendant Latoya was fantastic & sweet. The massage was only 20 mins and ok. Now my boyfriend experienced something a tad different and would have rated the massage a 2. He liked the bath and vapor but the didn't loofah his feet. And he said they didn't do the hot towel wrap just regular bedsheet but cold towel on face and yep he took a nap- lol. His massage was a little odd or different style of tapping and light smacking plus some hip rotation like in PT- weird when he doesn't have hip issues.

Example, sitz bath I felt it was pointless and the hand treatment. Massage was probably the best thing. She was so sweet. I did the deluxe treatment and my husband did the traditional one. Ok so for husband part of his experience he felt like it was okay. He stated that he sat on the block of wood with trickle of water for sitz on his back. No water at all. But mine did. So not sure what happened there. It was an old black gentleman that helped. He laid on a table with a dry sheet and nothing else. I did the same but it was hot towels. Steam box was for 2-3 mins long. Needle shower was broken. Not sure if we would do this again. But please look into this that my husband didn't have a good experience at all.
