The prices are reasonable and comparable to other salons. I had a paraffin pedicure, which was fine. The polish I chose felt like it might have been a little old or possible applied too thickly since it was still a bit gummy an hour or more after application. The cleanliness is questionable to me. I'm not a nail aficionado by any means, but I noticed my tech using the same tool that was just used on my mom who was also receiving a pedicure. My tech rinsed with something before using it on me, which didn't concern me because it was only used on my mother but imagine if it had been a stranger seated next to me. Isn't is customary and sanitary for each tech to have fresh tools for each customer? I didn't love it, I didn't hate it but I probably wouldn't return.

From the moment you sit down, you can tell they take real pride in their work. My feet have never looked or felt better. The polish was flawless, the shaping was perfect, and everything felt clean, professional, and comfortable. I had called the day prior to make an appointment for a gel pedi for me and kids mani/pedi for my daughter. We arrived at our appointment time and the owner was just finishing another customers pedicure. The shop itself is so lovely, and it does not smell like a nail salon. The owner later said that her husband likes to put plug ins around so the place doesn't smell like nails. The only employees we saw were the owners, husband and wife. They had 4 pedi chairs I believe and maybe 2 mani stations. I chose the super deluxe pedi since I was getting gel, I can't remember the actual name but it was the highest prize, and I think my daughters was $25 which is standard for kids services. I haven't had a pedi since before March, maybe even 2019, so her husband started working on my heels, which took him 30 minutes; he did an amazing job. Also, she painted little hearts on my daughters big toes, no additional charge. I was super happy with the service and finished product. I believe we were there about 2 hours, and our total was $105 plus tip. The pricing was exactly what it is at other shops I've been to in MO, pedicures started at $25 and went up from there. Huge color selection. I don't live in the area but I would say if you are on Hot Springs, please give them a call for an appointment. Oh, that was the other thing. They are "by appointment only" right now, which I liked because I didn't want to go to a shop full of people with my daughter. Everyone wore masks the entire time. I didn't get a picture the day of but I just took a picture showing a week after the service. Nails still look awesome! Thanks again, I would go back for sure when visiting Hot Springs, AR!
