They are very touristy and VERY busy (lines out the door) in my mind that means likely not the cleanest. Thai me spa is pristine, the staff is great, massage was amazing, and the hot spring soak was clean and it a serene and peaceful setting. Highly recommend, and a shout out to James, who cured my aching shoulders! Seriously, if you miss this you will regret it.

I made a simple reservation online for a 1-hour mineral soak which and showed up 10 minutes early for my appointment. I was taken to the locker room and showed were the lockers and showers were, told to change into my swimsuit and wait outside the door for her to come back with a robe and flip flops. It took me over 5 minutes to even find a locker that actually latched as I was not going to leave my valuables unsecure. The lady never come back and I was left standing outside the locker room in just my swimsuit until another patron showed me where the soaking tubs were. There are 3 tubs which are just ok, not as hot as expected and one had a lot of foam. The foam is typically soap residue from people's skin and there is a defoaming product that eliminates this issue. My concern was blown off and told that it's normal. They will come get you the second your time expires to settle the bill after showering ang getting dressed. I received my bill with a $12 gratuity added which I vaguely remembered from the web site when booking. I don't mind them adding the tip, but I received no services that deserved a tip, but oh well. I was going to make an appointment for a massage the next day upon settling my bill, but I decided not to after receiving no sort of services and required to tip anyway. Ironically, the spa called me less than 30 minutes after I had left stating that someone's wallet was missing from the locker room and asked if I had seen it. I stated that the only thing I saw when I first arrived and was looking for a functional locker was a cell phone, but no wallets. They asked if I was certain and it almost felt as if they were placing the blame of a missing wallet on me. In my opinion, this is the responsibility of Thai-Me Spa and up to them to provide lockers that actually lock!

I had a deep tissue massage & a manicure and both of my service providers did an amazing job. Melissa was my masseuse & Noelle was my nail tech & I would highly recommend both of them for services! The reason I give the place three stars is because my "masseuse" was absolutely awful. I can't even call what I received from Sheryl a massage. She literally just rubbed oil on my body, rubbed cleaner on my face for the facial, rubbed sugar scrub on my feet for my foot massage. The extremely occasional pressure she'd apply once every five minutes for five seconds (I wish I was exaggerating) hurt more then it felt nice. Left hurting more then when I came in. My moms masseuse (unfortunately I do not remember her name) was absolutely amazing she said, the best massage of her life. With all that being said I'm glad my mom had an amazing experience, but paying $340 plus tax plus tips to have an experience like that... I just don't think it was worth it. Unless I could guarantee I'd get a good masseuse I wouldn't go back, or I'd just go back for the baths.
