Messaged Cline's on their website and I got a response within an hour I think. Brought my computer in, personable and knowledgeable staff, quick service with no promises, but I felt cared for. They tried multiple things to try and fix my computer, unfortunately it was the motherboard, and not worth the cost per their recommendation since it is about the cost of a used computer. They were able to transfer all my data to my hard-drive, which I appreciated. The real 5 star and beyond was they called me 1 week after to follow up on my service and my device. I don't think I've ever had a follow up call for something like this. Will take all my needs to them in the future for sure!

They set me back to factory defaults and lost all my data. Taking it to Cline's restored hope for me! They recovered all of my data, properly installed Windows, installed updates from microsoft which the geeks did not do and did not charge me an arm and a leg. In fact, Cline's prices for fixing the geek's problems was less than a quarter of the price! I see mixed reviews on this site about Cline's, but I've had great success with these guys. I would not go back to Best Buy's geek squad. I use Best Buy to purchase electronics, computers, etc. and always have, but will not have them touch my PC after I've been using it and have pictures stored on it.
