Surely, you can find something that you'll like here as there's plenty of variety. Don't recommend for the middle of the summer when is scorching hot, as there's no A/C or indoor seating available.

I had been craving fresas con crema for the longest, and I ended up getting them almost every night that weekend. My favorite was the Fresas con Crema Raffaello. I will say, though, it can get pricey, so don't expect to spend just a few bucks. The fresas con crema alone were over $18 lol. The service really depends on which truck you visit, but for the most part everyone has been friendly. The atmosphere is super chill, there's plenty of seating, and they have trash bins throughout the area. It's mostly clean, although there are a few spots that smell like straight-up trash. They also have free parking behind Denny's and paid parking right next to the food trucks. Save yourself the $6-$10 and park behind Denny's, you can put that money toward a drink instead! I seriously love this place and will always make room for it in my itinerary whenever I'm in Orlando. The fact that they're open until 2 a.m. is just another bonus!

Do not forget to add the Ranch dressing. Trust me. This amazing combination of flavors will leave you, quite literally, speechless. As an added bonus, this will re-heat like a dream...IF you manage to leave behind a single crumb after that first bite (doubtful). I was impressed, particularly, by the tasty chicken. Not even remotely dry...just perfect! Best damn $10 I've spent on Mac & Cheese EVER.

All of the mac & cheese entrees from Mac Shack cost $8 to $9 and are accompanied with a small side of collard greens. The portion of mac & cheese served is HUGE and can either be shared with another person or saved as leftovers for a second meal. I love extra cheesy mac and cheese and can confirm that they do not skimp on the cheese at Mac Shack! We ordered the "Mac Hammy" which included cheddar cheese mac & cheese and diced ham. This doesn't look like the most sophisticated mac and cheese, but it tasted damn good. We also ordered the "Pig Mac" which included braised pork, granny smith apples and sriracha. After a few bites of the Mac Hammy I couldn't fathom even trying a bite of the Pig Mac because I was too full. The next day I was searching for leftovers, but I guess this dish was too good to share and my husband had already brought the leftovers to work. Would definitely order from this food truck again!
