It's really nice having a boba tea joint here in PC! I ordered two taro and one brown sugar milk tea, and everyone seemed to enjoy them. Personally, this isn't my FAVORITE bubble tea joint but it definitely does the trick when you're craving one and don't want to drive too far! I'm excited to try the rolled ice cream next time because it looks delicious and they have some interesting flavors to choose from. The taro and the coffee flavors interest me the most because it's hard to find taro/Ube ice cream! Check out Door Dash or Uber eats to have your drinks delivered! read more

I'm sorry to add this review but I was a bit disappointed that the staff didn't honored my coupon I was given from my daughter school for helping out in school sales because the staff didn't recognize the coupon. But yet the company sponsored a campaign in school giving out these coupons before the school ended. It's pretty absurd. To me it's not a big deal, but if a food vendor is going to sponsor themselves in school campaigns in giving out coupons to visit thier place and then they don't honor the coupon because they don't remember giving out those coupons? Really? It don't make sense. But whatever. read more

Who doesn't want anything ice cream! A nice discovery on a chilly Friday night. I've seen the ice cream folding on Food Network but it's even "cooler" in person. There are unlimited toppings available or you can have a shake or even Boba tea. The staff are great and make sure your order is just the way you want it. read more

This is a very cute rolled ice cream place in Plant City. I'm glad that the tiny town is expanding its food repertoire. This place has boba tea and Thai rolled ice cream. Don't expect a lot of toppings, because there isn't much real estate. Flavors are pretty standard and include matcha and oreo. The back wall is covered in balloons and is a great idea for pictures. update: It is definitely obvious they took a toll from the coronavirus. I went in today, and the interior has changed a lot. They removed a lot of the decor that really made the place what it was - comfy chairs, succulents, sticky notes. Obviously this is for virus reasons and is totally understandable, just a shame to see some of them go! Nevertheless, the taste and quality of the drinks and desserts are still AMAZING. I had a strawberry milkshake, and it was so delicious - dare I say better than Parkesdale Farms? The employees are also super sweet and really make a great experience. I highly recommend stopping by to go support a small business. They really care about their product and are doing their best despite the situation! read more

32 Degrees is the first rolled ice cream and boba tea shop to open in Plant City, which is very exciting for me when I visit. It's located right next to the movie theater, in a strip mall that's been empty for years. Hopefully it's proximity to the theater brings people in. The shop sells boba teas, rolled ice cream, and bubble waffles. There a predetermined combos for ice cream or you can build your own with toppings of your choice. The boba tea list is small, so I'd like to see that expand a bit, although they do have the cool lightbulb drink holders. I enjoyed my Thai boba tea, however the bubble waffle was overdone a tiny bit. I'm glad to see current trends popping up in Plant City, because when I grew up here there was very little variation. I hope 32 Degrees does well and sticks around. read more

I was really excited when I heard about this place opening up because I had never had Thai ice cream before and really wanted to try it! Plus they serve boba tea, score!! Because I have never had this particular kind of ice cream before, I wasn't really sure what to expect or how to order. We walked up to the counter and looked a little confused. I'm taking 1 star away from the review because we weren't really given that much help in choosing what to order, or having anything on their menu explained to us - even after I stated I had no idea how this worked. That being said, it's ice cream, so it can't be too hard to figure out! I picked the "Monkey Business" ice cream (nutella and bananas) and ordered a boba tea. My husband and daughter got a Cookie Monster ice cream to share. You can watch the workers rolls out your ice cream on the anti-griddle and they will do cute things like make smiley faces with the chocolate syrups. Then the ice cream is rolled up into the cup instead of put in scoops and you get to choose toppings. The flavor of my ice cream was great! I wish there was a little bit more of a nutella flavor, but the ice cream was still super tasty. My boba tea was decent. We have been back once more since our first visit and that time was just as good, so we will be returning when we want a sweet treat. read more

Cool new place in Plant City!! We've been waiting on this place to open and were not disappointed. They do the cool roll up ice creams, and boba teas. This trip we just got ice cream. I did the Monkey Business which is banana and Nutella. They could have used more banana in my opinion because I only got random tastes of it when eating the ice cream. I got a vanilla base, added chocolate sauce, coconut flakes and an Oreo. It was fun watching them manipulate the ice cream on the cold stone. This was my first time getting the rolled up deal. They have a cute balloon wall to take photos in front of, and a fun swing chair (they may remove it after our kids came in). There is also a sign outside the door offering different boba tea options that I forgot to get a photo of. We will definitely be back to try other concoctions! This company spammed my work address-- which I don't know how she even got since I don't use it anywhere-- and when I complained she went on a long diatribe about how I hated small business and worshipped large conglomerates and so forth... In spite of me owning a small business and working exclusively with small business clients for 25 years. Maybe she was having a bad day but she bragged about mentoring kids to respect everyone and then spewed out to me with no respect at all. I have no interest in trying her ice cream now. read more

Their rolled up ice cream is pretty good! Unfortunately, they weren't making the egg waffles the day we went. That was the main reason why we wanted to try this place. We also got Thai bubble tea and mango smoothie, of which were not too good. The Thai tea was too sweet and the boba was hard and undercooked. Also, my mango smoothie was really disappointing; it was very bland. It tasted as if it only had mango, water, and ice. I'd go back for the ice cream but that's about it. read more

UPDATE: waffle machine was finally replaced, they added staff, and the place was hopping tonight! Woohoo! I was greeted with a big smile by the owner, who happily told me waffles were back. My taste buds are happy tonight! ORIGINAL REVIEW: We had two great experiences at this place, but then their waffle machine broke. It's still broken. Seriously? Your main offering is rolled ice cream in waffles.... How hard is it to get a new machine from Amazon? We will not patronize until they decide to stop being chintzy and get it fixed. read more

So, I almost got one of the 4 different udons on the menu. It was going to be a toss up between the Kimchi Shrimp and the Black Garlic. Again, it was the beautiful pictures on the menu that lured me in. Ah, but I went with the ramen instead. I will definitely try the udon next time. I was told that the Kimchi Shrimp is very popular. If that's not enough to tempt you, then you must check out the dessert menu. I saw items such as Matcha Cheesecake and Vanilla Crepe Cake that definitely caught my eye. I'm already thinking about my next lunch order. I love the rebranding and the new menu. The service is still great as well as the ambiance in the dining area. Items do not come out with any quality control- very poor customer experience I've never been to a Andy's before and I am not at all familiar with a single menu item. I ordered 2 large concrete ooeey gooey butter cakes. When I received the first one, I sat down and took a few bites and was extremely confused by why it was plain vanilla with little to none of the other items listed on the menu, it was very plain vanilla custard. I've ordered items like that before to be very disappointed with the amount of mix but this was the worst by far I've ever ordered. This was my first experience and I didn't know what to expect so I turned it to its side and noticed there is a bunch of caramel looking syrup and cookie like bites at the very bottom all smooshed down there. I then precede to stab the plastic spoon through the thick custard, which was lovely, only to find that the bottom mix of caramel and cookie is literally glued to the bottom like a suction cup. Now I'm sitting on the bench in 80+ degree weather, the sun is blaring and I'm aggressively stabbing the ice to get to the very bottom, barely with enough spoon to be able to grab any because the large is extremely tall and the spoon is...not at all. Now this concrete looks like a mess on top with the custard starting to melt and giant hole where I smooshed the custard down to try to get the topping but failing miserably. Then the second concrete comes out and its a completely different item on the menu, or so it seems because my first one was astronomically different. I try the second concrete and its delicious so I brought my large concrete back and told them it wasn't mixed and I couldn't stir it and that I stabbed a large hole in there trying to rectify that. It was pretty melted on the top now from the heat of my labors as well as the sun and temperature outside. The girl just looked at me for a second and I said I don't know if they can mix it because my spoon wasn't working and don't know how anything is made in the back. She then asked if I wanted another one and went to walk away I think, it was hard to tell because the sun was blaring in my eyes and It wasn't even easy to see her face in the building. I said I was not trying to get this for free and handed it back to her. The wind was blowing and I was dropping items so I very quickly handed it to her. Another employee then brought me the newly mixed concrete. When she went to hand it to me she hesitated for a second, pulled her hands back, and then blatantly stated loudly, "Next time you have a problem with one of our items, please bring it to our attention before you eat HALF of it". I explained to the first girl that I attempted to mixed it and the ice cream on top literally melted and frozen particle are scientifically larger than liquid particles. I was astounded she was so incredibly rude and to make such a scene and speak so nasty and unprofessionally to a customer is horrific. The girl also said in response to me reacting to her comment "I'm not being hostile with my comment." I didn't want to take it and she shoved it at me so I just took it and left. I have never had such a bad experience at any food location ever. I'm still can't believe that actually happened but I have a witness that assures me it did. I haven't had custard in years and I'll never ever go back to an Andy's location because of my terrible experience. I would never want my business to have such a disgusting customer experience so I wanted to bring it you you attention. Your employee was so incredibly rude it made me feel awful that I even bothered to ask. I felt unsafe eating the custard because if she spoke to me that way, she seemed brazen enough to possibly do something else very nasty and unkind. I couldn't even eat it, I felt dirty and gross.
