The pedicure stations are by far the best chairs I've sat in that actually give you a good massage. I had Van for my nail technician, and his attention to detail was spot on as well as his ability to work deep enough inside of my foot when the time for the massage came. And then the waxing service was somehow worse. I spent the rest of the day looking like I lost a fight with a roll of duct tape. There was absolutely no care, technique, or gentleness involved. At one point I genuinely felt like apologizing for having an appointment. Asking simple questions was treated like a personal attack.
