If you're looking for work avoid these people!
Heard about this place from a bright yellow flyer left at the Employment Resource Center. It advertised retail distribution center job. 100 jobs available it said.
So I called and came down to their office under the impression my resume and application would be placed on file to be considered for current openings.
When I arrived, I introduced myself and asked if it was a good use of job seeking time to apply - was advised application must be completed on site and no position wasn't guaranteed.
As I was speaking with one clerk, two others were giggling and speaking to each other unprofessionally (using cuss words) about unrelated personal matters.
I had just sat down to complete an application anyway and another gentleman came in to inquire. The first clerk flat out told him that there are no positions available. Wow. I walked right out the door. What a waste of time. Why not answer job seekers questions in plain English in the first place? Why is the staff so unprofessional? Why is the office run down?
