I own a small bakery business and during the winter you need heat to proof the breads. They understood our dilemma and technician Jamie Kluke sent us a text that he would be arriving soon, and he was at the front door in moments. He discovered the issue within a few seconds and had a new thermostat installed and the furnace running within minutes. He checked the furnace over and found it to be working perfectly, he even changed the filter for me....what a nice man! He was polite neat and efficient, he worked around the baking staff and got the job done for us in record time. Our breads are rising again thanks to Donaldson Heating. A shout out for a great local London business in our OEV neighbourhood. Thank you again to Alison & Jamie and all the staff at Donaldson Heating! Artisan Bakery
