Everything was completed on time as he promised and I was very pleased with the experience overall. Not to mention the price was very fair and he was willing to negotiate on all of his work. He is a pleasure to work with and I would refer him to anyone I know that needs any roof related issues.

Hire Dilollo Brothers to remove and put new shingles on my roof, that was a big mistake. He went on…read morethe roof with me to measure and give me an estimate, after he examined the roof he tolled me there were 2 layers of shingles to remove. He gave us the lowest bid as there was another roofers that gave us bids and I was concern about his low bid. I tolled Davve I wanted timberline life line shingles and he tolled me that's all he uses. After signing the contract and the job was about to begin Dave said he needed another 1k as there were 3 layers to remove now. Not being happy about this discovery after he had already examined it before the contract, we agreed as we only had a week left to get a new roof on or the insurance company was going to drop the insurance on the house and we were still saving 2k from the next big we got. I come home on the 20th of February at 3:30 to discover Dave was hed started the job and was about 80 percent finished but he had tolled me that it was to cold that day to do the roof so I was surprised that he was there doing the job. I noticed the bundles on shingles on the ground said KIO Cambridge shingles, I went over to Dave and said these are not Timberline Lifetime shingles, he said they are the same stuff and walked away from me, at that point I new i was being robber by Dave and the Dilollo Brothers Roofing. Cambridge shingles cost 20 a bundle and Timberline are 35 a bundle, so 15 times 45 bundles is 675 dollars Dave just stole from me. And Cambridge shingles are a poor quality shingles. If I didn't come home and see the bundle of shingles I would have always thought the shingles on my roof were timberline shingles.I wonder how many people he has don't this over the 30 years he claims to be in business for. The workmanship was also poor. He used old aluminum pices on the lower roof were the shingles run up and meet the outside wall then put nails in the aluminum and throw the roof creating holes that will leak over time. The back roof he didn't put and aluminum to transition from roof to outside wall and it looks like crap and exposing holes in the build were water can get in. He didn't rape the weather guard over the roof eves before the gutters went up and now all the fascia boards are exposed to the weather. The new gutters were installed so low from the roof edge that we can't put gutter guards on. This has been a bad dream, a contractor from hell. I hope this review will prevent another person from being ripped off and getting a bad roofing job. Very unhappy with The Dilollo Brothers roofing. There are a lot of good honest roofer out there and Dilollo Brothers isn't one of them. You have been warned.

Hello Neighbors, I don't usually exude negativity on a…read morecompany. However, due to multiple issues with our roof on different occasions I must speak on it now. We used a company that has been around since 1968 doing everything for a home from remodeling to building. Our roof was done by them about 7-8 years ago. During that time we had issues of leakage in the sunroom and living room, shingles came off from light wind and last night was the worst. All other neighbors didn't have that used another company. Based on this experience, I DO NOT recommend using Weather Tek in Dunellen, NJ. I hope they don't have any involvement in the new complex being built near the Dunellen train station. If they do, run!! You don't need the headache.

I also wanted the air conditioner sleeves removed from the brick face and the bricks infilled to match the existing brick face. John, the owner, worked with me to do the job in the manner I requested. For the four built-in air conditioner wall sleeve units to be removed I wanted all the half bricks adjacent to the window sleeves replaced as I did not want to leave "scars" on the brick face where the sleeves used to exist. John went out of his way to source bricks that matched the multicolored bricks used in my home that was built some 65 years ago going to several masonry suppliers to source bricks that best matched. The results were just what I requested and envisioned. The company also repaired two balconies and replaced broken and cracked bricks throughout my home. The work was very professional and John's crew was very respectful of my home. The price for all the work was very reasonable and there were no surprises regarding the contract price we agreed upon for the job. Also, John kept me informed of progress and issues in a timely manner and was receptive to any questions I had regarding the work. I was informed of the quality and brand names of the materials to be used, especially for the bonding of new concrete that was applied to existing concrete and the stainless steel mesh used in the repair of the concrete patios. Each day, before leaving at the end of the day, the crew cleaned up the job site and left the area broom swept. The work was done to a very high professional standard and because of this my neighbor is using Capital Home Improvement and Home Design to remove their air conditioner window sleeves and infill with brick - the same as done on my home. John informed me of the start day for the work on my home and continued the work until the job was completed. When the rainy weather did not allow work to continue, John offered, at my option, to work on Saturday and Sunday at no additional charge. I accepted and we were able to use those sunny weekend days to keep the job on schedule. John went over the working hours with me before starting the job. Each day the crew arrived on time and worked until the end of the day. I observed that the crew worked safely and diligently. You could tell that the entire crew knows their craft and that they worked well together. I found Capital Home Improvement and Home Design when they were working on two neighbors homes replacing stairs that led to the second floor and that had the first floor entrance within the steps. I saw that they did a great job matching the bricks and that the work was neat and professional. I also saw that they made sure the portion of the steps that included the first floor entry was professionally waterproofed to ensure no water infiltrated into the first floor entryway. I was very impressed and I chose this company because of the work I saw that they did for my neighbors. I can recommend Capital Home Improvement and Home Design without reservation. They are an honest professional company that does what they say they will do, cares about their reputation and wants to ensure their customers are satisfied. I highly recommend this company for your masonry lintel and brick replacement.

My friends and a lot of locals on Facebook recommended Jose Contractors. I gave them a call and John arranged to give me a quote. Everything was very professional - the written quote specified exact costs, the names and amounts of all materials and spelled out everything that would be done. It was much more complete than quotes from other local contractors. John moved my house up on the schedule because the roof was so bad, and his crew did an amazing job. They showed up on Friday the 14th, couldn't work the 15th because it was dangerously cold, and resumed work on Monday the 17th. They were done on Wednesday the 19th and my house looks fantastic.
