Now, I bought a Groupon for my parents as a Christmas gift and was present when their vehicle was dropped off and picked up. To be clear, I was the paying customer and the following describes the results of my experience. Whether it was returning the vehicle with wet seats, leaving a waxy mess in various areas, completely missing obvious spots that needed attention, or adding blemishes that weren't there to begin with, OCDetailing definitely left me feeling like I'd wasted my money. To top it off they had already cancelled my account before I even showed up. What had happened was their touch car wash side had left scratches all over my truck that morning. The sides, hood, mirrors, tailgate, roof, and new chrome trim I had just placed on my vehicle that weekend. When I tried to show them that the new chrome had even been scratched, I was told they don't cover after market damage anyway, and to leave without understanding that the scratched chrome proved consistancy. They refused to do an incident report or give any insurance info. So I just contacted my insurance and I am going to let them handle it. (My insurance stated they will go after damages on my behalf due to photo proof and receipts of new equipment installation) A police report has also been filed per my insurance company's request, and was instructed this was not a new occurance for this business. Chuys Royal Auto Spa was super fast to respond to my facbook questions and set me up with a next day appointment at my home. All I can say is WOW! They blew me away. No more stains and not one strand of dog hair anywhere! How did they do that?! They spent 2.5 hrs on my interior and it shows! Today I went back hoping they improved. Absolutely not. I wish I could upload photos because there is so much dirt, hair, and crumbs left on my dash, floor, and center consol. It's no wonder you can't leave a review on Google for this place anymore because all of them would be bad.
