I called two days later and asked them to ship it and I gave them the shipping address, I re-confirmed the shipping amount and that was it. I am thinking to myself that since I confirmed the shipping amount with the receptionist and the fact that I just purchased this product with ALL of my information over the phone two days prior that there should be no problem! WRONG! About a week goes by and I call back to ask "where is my package?" and the girl tells me that they had NONE of my information to contact me with and could not ship my package because they did not receive "payment" for shipping. And they were just waiting for me to call them! How in the world do you charge someone for a expensive product like Latisse and not have that persons information in the system? Not too mention, I paid by Credit Card OVER THE PHONE!?! So again, how do you not have my information? Not even a phone number to call me back on? And if that was the case, why did the girl not ask me for that information over the phone when I asked for it to be shipped and gave her the shipping address? She could have at least checked the caller ID for my phone number? If it was not for the buy one get one free deal, I would have just got my money back. I had to go all the way down there to retrieve my package. If the front desk is seriously that Incompetent, I would not trust them with any medi-spa services!
