I will use him again and recommend him to all my friends. I've had Jim clean my carpets before and was very impressed with how well they came clean. These were mostly area rugs (that my dog thinks are his!) and when Jim was done they looked brand new. This time he cleaned my tile floors, which were never sealed and hadn't been professionally cleaned since we moved in 2 years ago. With kids and a dog, I was afraid the grout would be permanently dark, but they look like new.

I was hoping for some improvement but got way more than I even hoped for. My carpets look new and there are no spots left. I'd say I'm beyond pleased considering the carpet is very light beige. He also cleaned my microfiber couch and it looks as good as new! I have a 4 year old boy, so I know I will certainly be calling Jim again for my future carpet needs!! Thank you!!!

My husband and I are in the middle of building a new semi-custom home and have been extremely overwhelmed with the process.... Until... We met Doug. He tried to put us at ease and walk us through the process of not just picking out our cabinets, but about the entire process of making a home work from floors to countertops. He's extremely knowledgeable about the entire custom industry and about the local area since he grew up in Longwood. Once our kitchen and home is complete I'll update the review, but trust that the experience you'll have with Doug is a great one!

For $175 an hour you would think they could move boxes with books without cussing like sailors. Jonathan and crew couldn't get a large desk and wall unit up the U shaped stairs so I had to sell them, but when they tried to tell me they wouldn't be able to get my brand new West Elm leather sofa up the stairs either and that I could 'pay them to haul it away' I knew they were swindlers. They argued about it with me in front of my landlord. Eventually, they took it up stairs. All the while costing me more money. They made a stressful day ten times worse. They even loudly discussed the 'fat tip' they would be getting. Inappropriate and unprofessional are two words I would use to describe Forward Moving but the most accurate one is whiners! My receipt is included to show I did use this company in October of 2022, I also tipped them $100 in spite of all the grief they gave me for 5 1/2 hours.

We had a Shower Tile floor that needed to be redone (on Cornerstone Flooring's opinion)…read more The communication troubles were noticeable (and we're only writing this review because they have not responded to concerns about the quality of their finished work. We are not pleased at all by the results, and not sure what to do next. My partner has spent the last 3 evenings with xacto blades and wire brushes to remove and clean up the poor caulking job that was done (twice), and we finally got the grout clean from the spills and overlaps. We also are having to replace our sink stoppers as the drains were used to clean caulk and grout during the process, and they spring mechanisms in the stopped have been sealed shut from grout/caulk and are now broken. These were brand new sinks, and overall the cleanup in the bathroom was poor and we're still working through it. As we were getting ready to seal the shower floorbed grout lines, to ensure there's no mold in our future, we started to walk around and noticed high and low spots in the shower floorbed tile. Prior to this installation, the tile was smooth, slightly sloped, and all the water would drain to the center. It was a luxury installation that cost a lot of money. That was all destroyed and removed, on Cornerstone Flooring's recommendation, because the previous contractors did not seal it and the water underneath would never be dry. Now, we have a sealed shower that feels horrible to stand and walk on. It's like stepping on an uneven riverbed, and has lost a lot of its luxury feel - to a point where I would not want to use it. We hired Cornerstone Flooring to fix an issue, and unfortunately we have a really poor result left over. How do we remedy this? The job was $800 + 50% more for material cost. This review will be updated once Cornerstone Flooring Inc replies to the emails.
