Unfortunately, the tenant that recently vacated left the place is horrible conditions. Needless to say, it was left nothing like how they moved in. Long story short, I needed to hire a cleaning service to do a deep clean on the condo. I came across this company on Yelp and unfortunately, I was very disappointed. The move in/out service and a carpet clean was priced at nearly $400. I hired them anyway because the place was in desperate need of cleaning. It was very disappointing to say that it was nothing spectacular and even I could have done a much better job at cleaning the condo. Anyway, during the clean their carpet cleaner broke so they could not finish the job. They did agree to finish the job the following day and were paid in full when the job was complete. My mother ended up having to clean the place in addition to the services we hired for, which was what I was trying to avoid, as she is much older now. The company did communicate quickly and did respond in a very prompt manner. However, it was definitely not worth the money spent for the services rendered. The condo is finally up to renting standards; however, will not use this company again nor would I recommend them.

I hired Loyalty Cleaning & Management for few months already and finally write them a review now…read more As we were moving out and selling our old house, searching online and found them, I called Eric for a few times and we couldn't reach each other at first, but I was glad I reached him finally. Eric asked me detailedly about the size of our place, how many windows, doors we had, type of floor. Try to tell him as detail as you can, he charged me the same as he wrote in the contract, no extra charge. When the day came, Eric & Brittany got to our place on time, as we had nearly 3000 sqfl and only 2 of them to clean it, give them enough time to do their job. They get paid by size, not by hours, they will be there as long to take to finish their job, I like that. Finally they used 8 hours total to clean our house, they missed a little here and there, but just go through the whole place with them and let them know, they will clean those missing spots for you. They are friendly and sweet and they did such a splendid job. Also as they don't get credit card and I had no cash with me, they went with me all the way back to my new home ( glad it's not too far ) to collect it.
