GABE was extremely rude. Terrible customer service!!!!!…read more My boyfriend and I arrived about 30 minutes after the tasting had started, and no one told us there was a two-hour limit. When the two hours were up, we were finishing our last glass when Gabe came over and aggressively started clearing our table and telling us to leave. When I explained that we weren't aware of the time limit, instead of simply explaining the policy, he was condescending and said, "You should know this. Everybody knows this" His attitude was completely unnecessary and incredibly disrespectful. He also appeared to have been drinking himself, which made his behavior even more uncomfortable. It's one thing to enforce a policy it's another to treat paying customers like they're being kicked out of the place. A simple heads-up when we arrived would have prevented the entire situation. My bf spends hundreds $$$ at this place. This was such a bad experience!!! I am very disappointed.

First visit a few months ago…read more I decided to buy in person rather than online. I came to the realization that, was a mistake. The pricing at the in store is not current. Sometimes the pricing is cheaper online, and it's reflected when it's scanned at the register. Also not all bourbon is in order. There was a bottle they definitely had , but I couldn't find it and took a few minutes for an associate to locate it. Therefore, I highly recommend to order online and pickup later. (I would have saved about 30mins ordering online ). Not that I'm complaining, just stating a fact. Pricing for scotch and non allocated bourbon is excellent. Lower than anyone , save Costco. I came specifically for a Laphroaig lore cask strength, $85. Grabbed a few other goodies.

I was shopping for a gift and the person I assumed was the owner turned me over to the female manager because they didn't seem to speak much English. She talked to me like I was stupid and then got weird and aggressive when I asked if they had gift bags, telling me they charge for those. I was just asking if they had them! I wasn't asking for anything free, though that would have been nice considering I spent over $200 and then was snapped at like I was trying to get a handout. The young college kids working in there also get treated poorly by the stuff I overheard. The store is small, cramped, and they hover over you for taking a look. More security cameras than a bank. Just straaaaange vibes in there. Will just make the drive to Newport next time.

I always felt like someone was there if I needed anything. Shipping was fast and well communicated. I received tracking information promptly, so I knew exactly when my delivery would arrive, and I was able to plan accordingly--no confusion at all. My order arrived securely and on time, and the whole delivery experience was seamless. The wine I ordered was a total hit. The bottles I've opened so far have been excellent--flavorful, well-balanced, and completely enjoyable. It's obvious they take quality seriously. I also reached out with a question about my order, and their team replied quickly and professionally. I decided to stop by their location on my drive to San Diego, where I met the owner (John). I was very impressed with his expert knowledge, and I especially enjoyed their large showroom. I love that they have a HUGE variety and that the space is not cluttered like most liquor businesses. Overall, I'm very impressed with their large variety, fair prices, and incredible customer service. Thanks, John! I will definitely be using this company again.
