I Will NEVER Use This Shop/Contractor Again…read more After discovering questionable invoices sent to my aging relative and the response I received to my queries I will never use this establishment again for the following reasons:- 1) They are overpriced 2) The company is NOT being run by the people represented on their website 3) Their invoicing is terrible --- they do not lay out the cost items but instead lump all their charges into a single line 4) THEY DO NOT PROVIDE CERTIFICATION FOR THEIR INSTALLATIONS 5) They are extremely rude, arrogant and unprofessional when faced questioned over their charges and invoicing.
