The first time a cleaner didn't turn up they offered to credit me. The second time they said they we get a free clean and cleaner would come a few days later. But they decided that we would not get a free clean as we didn't email them to say one turned up, even though they always call you when there are issues. The third time the cleaner did not turn up- we just had enough and said we wanted to cancel- apparently, we have to give a months notice and continue paying- even though they can't deliver on a service. Absolutely shocking- DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They have horrible customer service, their cleaners don't turn up and go back on their word. SHOCKING SERVICE
